    This game is a LOT better of a workout than you'd expect from a video game, especially one that only uses joycons. Me and my girlfriend were sore for week after our first workout!

    This gets me up and moving and is easy to pickup. When you are husky like me this gets you motivated to move

    Fitness Boxing is a good solid workout to able to exercise while at home or on the road. A 35 or 45 minute setting is great and tracks progress.

    You want a quick workout on the go this is not a bad choice. My issue is that the game only verbally corrects you once in a while. Just keep your mind on that.

    Good workout if you like boxing. Like DDR but for boxing. A bit repetitive, and wish there were more songs and selections.
