Stopped working in less than a year

It will say it’s charging and we’ll leave it for a couple hours— but then it never turns on anymore. I’ve tried holding the button for up to ten seconds, tapping it quickly, holding it for a short time, etc but it won’t turn on at all. Their website provides no information on how to use the 1 year warranty, so it’s just junk from a junk manufacturer.

Great size as it fits in your hand, is pretty light, and would be easy to travel with. It also comes with different heads for different massages, all are great!
