    Worst experience I ever had trying to buy and download this product. Best Buy took my money no problem, but when I went to download and play this game it was a complete failure. Ok I understand there can be glitches with online downloads. So I went contacted their tech help, what a joke. He was supposed to help me fix the problem and redeem my purchase, never heard from him again. So I lost my $130 +. Totally disgusted with whole process! Oh ya buyer beware you can't get a refund a digital purshase.

    My wife is a frequent flier, and I thought she might like trying her hand at flight simulator. Making a note here, huge success! She tells me about her virtual flights as much as her real ones.

    I am a positive guy. I always see the glass half full. I feel bad straying from that to write this review. I’m sure this is a fine program but I can’t tell yet. I loaded it yesterday, and am in the “update” phase for over 90 minutes and still am only at 40 of 127. I have a blazing computer and equally fast internet. Inexcusable. Buy a program, want to use it, held captive by huge and time consuming update right out of the gate. I certainly hope this isn’t the norm each time I want to use it.

    Best buy delivered it on time, and it seems to be working. Although, you need to have the 127 gigabits of internet. Depending on how fast yours is, the faster you will get it downloaded, for slow internet, it could take a day or two. Overall, the product is pretty nice.
