The touchscreen is awesome, the keyboard is very responsive. It's super-light, very quick, and perfect for light marketing work.

We needed a reliable computer for our kids' schooling that they do online. I don't want to maintain the computer-- updating the operating system or Flash or filters. Once set up, the Asus Flip Chromebook have proven simple to use and reliable. The screen quality way surpassed full notebooks I had looked at when shopping for our school need. And the price was great. We were so pleased with our purchase we ran down to the local Best Buy to get a second. I could easily do much of my work on a Chromebook-- though I would go for a full-sized keyboard for my hands. (The smaller keyboard of these Chromebooks is very workable for me and better fits our kids' hands than a full sized keyboard would have. But I would still go full-sized for myself.)

This has been a great replacement for the Samsung Chromebook I accidentally broke. The touch screen works great and the battery life lasts longer than earlier models of Chromebooks I have had in my possession. The only missing piece is something to protect the keyboard after folding the 2in 1 for the full touch screen effect. Otherwise it's a great computer for the price.

chromebook, i mean its great at what it does, love that its a touchscreen, and that it can be used as a tablet. Never needs a mouse which is great, means no add on products to have to purchase or carry with you. only 4 stars because of storage, but can be fixed with cloud service if you have it.

We bought this to replace my wife's C720 Chromebook and it hasn't been a disappointment. It has a small form factor with usable keyboard and great battery life. Flipping it over into tablet mode is fun and the touch screen it responsive.

I bought this for my grandmother who wanted to graduate up from an iPad mini, to have a little bit more of a computer experience. This Asus Chromebook was perfect, as it had the touch screen she was used to having, yet a keyboard for her to type easier on. I played with it for a couple of week to get familiar with it (she lives halfway across the country from me) so I needed to be able to help and answer any question. It's very well made, doesn't feel cheap at all. Highly recommend!

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop primarily to use for internet streaming (i.e. YouTube, Twitch). It is fast, the right size, and the touch screen is a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

I've owned other Asus products before, all good experiences, and have had one previous Chromebook by a different manufacturer. For me, this is the perfect laptop. I'm a heavy Google services user, 80% of what I do is online. I needed something very portable, fast, with good battery life. This Asus Flip covers all the bases, and then some. I like everything about it - start time, battery life, screen/display, and the ability to convert to tablet mode - I really can't find a negative. For my needs, Asus is right on the mark with this unit. If you're looking for a Chromebook and portability is a factor, I recommend checking this one out.

I think its a good buy for kids. It makes it easier for them to use it and can use it both ways not worrying about breaking it. I recommend it for kids to enjoy it for school homework and its the perfect size

I bought this for field work- entering data into web-based tracking systems, and it ha exceeded my expectations. Once linked to my phone hot spot, it is wicked fast (if the cell signal is good) and the touch screen makes it easier for my old eyes to read and improves the utility of my programs that require clicking on map locations to open data fields. It does not do Java, so try one in the store with you apps first. It's also lightweight - fits into a zippered portfolio, and has great battery life. I don't go anywhere without it now!

It looks great ..akin to Apple air ! Display and build are great ..Kids are able to do their school work, watch Netflix, play basic games etc without any issues..Color and clarity is brilliant. 4 stars since memory can feel less when too many things start running... The touch and 360 feature is very good as well.

Wow...I had (honestly) low expectations of this product. Now though, wow, my new best friend! The size is so great--not heavy, not bulky--I just stick it in my purse. Granted, my purse is a messenger bag, but it works great! It is fast, and when I just want to kick back and scroll through some articles or facebook I just bring it with me to bed and flip it around to get comfy. The size doesn't seem to be a problem for navigation. Funny story--I am so used to my "other laptop", that I was using this Chromebook for about 20 minutes before I realized it was a toughscreen! Easy to navigate, and I love that I can flip it around to the configuration that I want to use at any given time!

I bought this Chromebook as a cost-effective means to complete an online course. It boots almost immediately, offers touchscreen functionality in addition to its keyboard (I find myself utilizing the touchscreen much more than I thought I would) and has a mostly premium feel, thanks to its aluminum case. I say, "mostly premium," because the hinge itself is encased in what feels like cheap plastic—it worries me a bit, actually. Overall, I'm satisfied with this product.

My daughter loves it, we can't keep her off of it. She even uses it at school.

I bought the chromebook after getting them for my two daughters. I thought it would be great for travel and I was right. It is small and lets me access the web to do most of the things I need to do when on the road. I am still getting use to it so I have had some problems dealing with file movement. I think that is more my problem than the chromebook. I think I need my daughters to teach me what I am doing wrong. If that happens I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars. I am very pleased. I wrote this review for the HP device that I returned. I am trying to figure out how to edit or delete that review. This is the one I like. HP was too big.

Very surprised with the battery life, speed and weight for the price.

Got this for our 10 year old who is required to use google doc etc for all of her writing projects. Touchscreen is as responsive as an iPad, with a few exceptions. She can download games pretty easy, but not as intuitive as the Apple App Store. Great keyboard for her hands. Amazing battery life. 5 hour road trip, still had plenty of juice into the next days.

I purchased this 2in1 after doing a lot of research on-line and found that it is really one of the best in its class of other 2in1 laptop/tablet. It is very fast and easy to use being a android and having google as its operating system. It is really a great on-the-go computer for all levels of use. I strongly recommend this computer and operating system.

Love the small size, just what I need for daily use checking email, internet and some document creation. Also this new Chromebook can be used as a tablet and had a great touch screen. Wonderful for travel as well as home use.
