This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
Bought 2 of the fx cameras. Neither one worked. They would not power up. Called Flir customer service was told there was a 30 min. wait or they call you back in the same order that you called. 2 hours pasted no call. Called again told 20 min wait. Stayed on the phone this time for a little over a hour and still one answered and still no call back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
