Very good camera to monitor your home. Excelent quality image and very simple to install. I am going to buy two more.

Easy setup, excellent image quality, great mobile apps. We also bought one of the external enclosures and have been very pleased with our purchase.

Camera was easy to set up and get going. Nice, clear wide angle image. Temperature and humidity readings great for monitoring an occasional property. Records 1 minute clips and notifies when motion or sound detected. Motion detection seems too sensitive, even at low setting and restriction of active monitoring area. Receive several notifications per day from unoccupied dwelling Frequently, no motion discernible in recorded clip.

I was going to go with the Nest Camera but discovered the FLIR and it was a better unit because of the battery (for backup ?) It also has a wider field of view. Also the 'Rapid Recall' is a big plus. Only thing I would ask is a easily obtainable in depth owners manual. I am planning adding more - when on sale. Full price is way too high— priced like it is 2013. Also FLIR has a very good reputation for quality products.

Purchase to spy on cats, night vision is great, only complaint is the day time tress blowing in the wind create shadows which is detected as movement.

Picture is great in any kind of light. Camera can be adjusted to record in only certain target areas and different levels of sensitivity for noise and motion. We love it for watching the dog all day when we are gone. The rapid review feature is a monthly subscription but not really necessary if you clear off the camera everyday. Wi-fi set up is a little tricky if you have to change to new equipment but we uninstalled and started over.

This camera is great for what I need it for. I placed it on my front window facing my townhouse front view. The app is ok and could need some better user friendly interface. What makes this super neat is the rapid recap that takes all day footage and puts it into one minute video of all the activity that when on throughout the day. I am happy with this purchase especially for the price at $107.99 from Best Buy.

I purchased a different wireless camera to begin with and had too many problems. Flir FX had all the features I liked so I purchased one camera to try it out. It worked so well I purchased two more. Easy setup with great detail offering normal and wide angle viewing.

Setup was easy and quick. Camera works like a charm and is high definition. Records to an SD card our to their cloud based service which is optional. SD card comes with it. I live being able to use my phone to check on my home whenever and wherever I am.

The only issue I have with this camera is in the dark it switches to night vision and will "detect motion" which it captures dust particles flying. I clean/dust often...Even more now since owning this camera.. However I am definitely satisfied with the easy setup and easy use of.

Great video camera! When we are away from home we can watch our new puppy and also hear him if he is crying or barking. Recommend it to all pet owners.

Note that Best Buy has discontinued this device in their stores, I now understand why and give them credit for removing this product. I purchased mine, NEW in the box, for $89 on clearance and thought it would be a great deal. NOT! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Avoid even at clearance prices! If I could give this a "Zero" star, I would. It is one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with any tech device (and I AM a tech). First, the batteries wouldn't charge (neither the base, nor the camera) and the only way the camera would work was to plug the adapter directly into it (NOT the base) and then it ran very hot. Wouldn't configure properly, firmware update continually failed, zones couldn't be selected on camera, motion wouldn't trigger, list goes on and on. To Summarize in one word; "JUNK"!

Camera works good but keeps shutting off. Have two camera one works great. Other shuts off.

Didn't give it excellent because it has went off line twice. Internet did not go out, and not power outage, but it did. Great camera with very good clarity. I am out of state watching my house inside and out. Instant recaps are wonderful and a huge time saver. I bought it, then bought another. Yes, would recommend. Easy to use, fairly easy to set up if you are a little savy on hooking things up wireless.

The Positive: very good picture. The negative: the sensitivity of the trigger is way too high. I have been getting false alarms.

It works well and has good contrast. Help view all the blinds spots in the area. I'm glad I purchased this product. It requires a housing unit, does not come with it, to use outside.

It is a pretty cool versatile camera. The hardware is great, at present the software can be slot at times, a bit buggy and could also use a few updates. With that being said the camera itself is fantastic and does a great job.

I love this camera. I purchased three of them. I have tried different one that has none of the quality and the performance of Flir. I love the company customer service, they are very patient, prompt, nice , and very helpful.
