Good quality picture, wide angle is good, but can't have it looking through a window with the infrared on at night. It reflects off the glass, making the video useless. Online, and cell connection works.

I read reviews on this and thought it would be perfect to install on our shed. The clarity was terrific. However, it loses its signal...all the time. I have a router practically on top of it, but I can't get it to stay connected. I ws told its because of the other houses and their routers around me, but I wouldn't think that would be an issue.

I was skeptical of the performance at purchase, but found it to work better than I thought. Easy set up. Picture is clear. Auto alert function works well

This is my second Flir FX camera. The Rapid Recap system (developed for military and police) is a great review system. It takes hours of video and reduces it to just a minute of review so you do not have to spend hours reviewing what happened. Superb option.

I've had nothing but problems with this product. It works for a while and then stops working. I've exchanged this a few times.

It has the two way communication and good night vision. It can tell you the temp and humidity which is nice if your keeping track of your dog outside. Live view is nice too.

Good for those that don't want a subscription and can use SD storage instead of a cloud service.

the software that it comes with the camera is awesome, you can see everything that is happening at the same time and select when the event occur... love it...

The camera works very good. The image is excellent, the device is portable, no wiring needed, only power. All in all a very good purchase.

The camera has a great picture and I like all the features. My only minor complaint would be the intercom capabilities. Sound is somewhat static-y. And no option to adjust volume. However, I use this simply to monitor my dog when I'm away and so for that purpose, this camera works great.

I love this camera. I can watch it live on my phone and it catches every movement. I like how you can use the grid to chose where you want it to record any movement. I love it so much i recently bought another one. I tried a different camera, before i got this one, and i returned it the same day and never looked back. I recommend this camera to everyone. My sister and my parenta plan on buying it thanks to me ;)

Good video quality for the price. Has a chargeable battery. Would be nice if description stated outdoor housing sold separately.

Love this camera great picture even at night. easy set up and like the alerts on phone.

We had some break-in's in our neighborhood so I picked up a few of these to put in my windows. they are great in low light or day light or at night. The interface is easy to use and you can either use the free cloud storage which is 2 days or pay for a monthly or yearly package that gives you longer like 30 days of cloud storage. Easy to setup and within a few minutes from the box to live your in business.

Nice picture and features but too many false alarms and now it does not even connect to the cloud, suddenly stopped working and support is not good, cannot figure out what is going on.

Awesome wide angle view eliminate the use of multi-camera. Great quality and easy use.

This my second Flir FX camera purchase. I have had this same model for one year and it worked fine. I bought an additional camera for my Dad. I had to return it because it would kick you off the cloud and go straight to direct mode. I tried contacting Flir/Lorex customer service. That was a joke!! You have to submit a repair ticket online and wait for a call back. I did that and haven't heard back from them. It's been over a week. Luckily, the customer service rep at Best Buy allowed me to exchange the camera. It works like it should now. The new Flir FX camera comes updated with automatic IR light for night-time viewing. The first camera that I had in 2015 did not. You had download an app to an iOS or Android device and change the settings there. You can't change those settings using a computer that time.

Easy set up night vision could be better. It's ok with outside lighting

Works great and get the job done. I just wish the battery life lasted a bit longer when not plugged in.
