I returned this the very next day. Complicated and didn't work 1/2 of the short time I had it. Definitely not worth the money

Great camera for the value was really easy to set up and run .

Bought this days before going on vacation and was easy to setup and get online and view camera using the associated FlirFX app. Was able to monitor house while on vacation and gave me peace of mind that all things were well.

Awesome software and great camera. Not easy to hide though!

Picture quality for night time is better than expected

I can keep an eye on my puppy while at work. I can even talk to her as long as I have cell coverage. Even when there is no cell coverage the program keeps a video log of events that can be reviewed. It is a cloud product. The memory card is no good with out the cloud.

The video quality is ok but not amazing. The best part of the camera is the close to no lag when streaming video to a phone but i still ended up exchanhing the unit for a arlo

Well, it's been less than one month and now it won't even turn on. I'm planning on returning it tomorrow. Purchase on 19 November and returning on 19 December. It failed sometime during this past weekend when I tried to monitor my house and got a reply that it was offline. Came home and it was not turned on. it won't turn on. Basically, a piece of junk!

Great camera, nice size, needs Internet connection

Attempted several times to connect this to my wi-fi @ -150ft. Very poor connectivity. Set up instructions are not clear.

The camera seems to work great, however, has limited zoom and other options that would make it more effective.

Very good product - I like it I would buy another on - so what are you waiting for go and buy one or two

Reviews suggested this was a good beginner's system. Mine shut off, wouldn't power back up or replay recorded video. Exchanged for a second one. After alerting my phone of activity, it would not show video. " No recorded activity". The unit got warm, then hot to the touch. I didn't want to leave it on during my two week trip.... completely useless, very minimal directions.

slow camera, app is clunky and not intuitive, cannot locate videos as easily

Operated fine during the first month I had it. Now it will not connect to the app. I reset the camera it still does not connect. Contacted customer service through the website and still waiting for a reply/answer. It's just an expensive paper weight right now. I could have gotten something cheaper and more reliable.

Decent quality by night and day. It's best feature is the 30 seconds rapid recap of 6 hours. Makes it very easy to search what you're looking for when looking back

The FX is a great stand-alone camera, automatically recording events and not the empty times/spaces. A 64 gb micro chip holds thousands of events.
