    Product moves under chairs, even with the little protrusions on the bottom !

      Thank you for providing feedback on the Floortex Ecotex Evolutionmat. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing movement on your chair mat. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the mat will stay in place on all types of carpets. However, there are a couple of tips we could offer to help prevent the mat from moving:

      • Re-measuring your carpet to ensure that the padding and the carpet are up to 3/8”. You can measure your carpet thickness using a paperclip and push the pin through the carpet and padding until it hits the subfloor, then measure the distance on the pin from the subfloor to the top of the carpet pile.

      • If possible, reposition your chair mat so that the grippers are entering the carpet pile in a slightly different horizontal/vertical orientation. Making slight alterations to the mat position and alignment with the carpet pile may allow them to grip the carpet better for added stability.
