Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Biggest complaint is the plastic mounts that came with it, that I had to put on which was not a big deal. Since I purchased the larger of the two, it only came with (4) plastic mounts. When you use the keyboard the center of the mat starts to bend. The manufacture even recommends (4) additional mounts for the larger mat, but they only send you (4). If they recommend (6) why not send you six? Now after a couple of months and because I only have (4) and not (6) the lower portion of the glass bows up.

Thank you for your review on our Floortex Desktex Glass Desk Pad. I can confirm that this particular desk mat comes with 4 plastic mounts whereas the glass chair mat comes with 6 plastic mounts, we have looked into the listing on Best Buy for the desk mat and cannot see reference to 6 mounts being provided. This mat has a weight capacity of 1000 lbs and therefore we would recommend getting in contact with our customer service team who will be able to investigate the bowing, as this should not occur.
