    Nice upgrade from my old iPad

    iPad was a significant improvement from my older one which was an iPad Air two. It’s nice to be able to use AI to a certain extent.

    Best Buy membership program

    We bought the Best Buy membership program because when it was sold to us there was no fee for service on warranty products. They switched the rules 3 months after purchase and now require a $75 plus tax service fee for all items under warranty with its program. We could not schedule this appliance to be fixed until we paid up front. Also, there is no tax on services in the state of Nevada. We were charge the extra $7 and change. Or again, we would not be able to schedule our service. Also, the service would not be scheduled for over a week.I am very disappointed in this membership. We have an appliance from a different store down the street that does not charge us anything to come and fix under warranty. This other store scheduled us for next day service. So, we just purchased our newest appliance from the other store because their service under the warranty has been very simple. They also had the same appliance for less.

    I purchased the 55 inch LG TV and I love it. My sales person was James Scott and he was so very helpful in helping me choose the right TV for the price I wanted to pay. I made an excellent choice thanks to James.

    Tech was fantastic, kind, and was able to determine our washer was fine and functioning properly. He was also very professional. This is a unit my parents use in our basement, so I wasn’t present when the leak occurred. He determined the leak likely came from a piece of clothing that got caught in the door, preventing the seal from doing its job. Everything functioned perfectly and he let me know if we experienced another leak in the next 60 days that they would come out for no additional cost. There have been zero issues since, so while I was worried, the unit works perfectly and he was able to ease my concerns.

    I purchased this washing machine. From another vendor. Few years ago. Couldn't think of anybody to fix it and then it dawned on me that I have Best Buy. Total tech. So I called, set up an appointment, they came out, I got a discount, they got the part, they fixed it. Now I can wash my clothes. So nice, so helpful. These are the only people you should call to get service on your appliance.

    Representative took the time to walk us through our washer and preventative measures to avoid any future potential issues. Employee was professional and discussed proper care methods.

    Geek Squad came and mounted 3 new tv's. 2 with sound bars. They were terrific....thorough and professional. Would gladly use them again.

    Brought my computer in to get it checked out because it stopped working and next day mid-day they called me explain what was wrong and paid for the part and got it done under 1hr keep up the good worK SQUADDD!!!!

    I've always had great service from Geek Squad techs. They have helped with product issues for the last 6 years. A big reason for me to get my tech products from Best Buy. Highly recommended!

    Forget Geek Squad home service as they are lousy

    I would give it zero stars but that's not an option. It seems that Geek Squad made several appointments with out any plan of actually coming to my residence to service my dead Sony TV. They kept telling me they were coming and never showed up. The manager at the Fort Myers store said he didn't know why they took the appointment because THEY DON'T SERVICE OUT OF WARRANTY TV'S. Geek Squad dome repair service really is lousy and you should find someone else to service any of your equipment or appliances.

    They sent someone out I paid diagnosit fee and then paid labor and parts, seemed to be as if problem was fixed, washed a load and then put in dryer and started with the same horrible squeaking sound, called them up they sent someone out and the guy replaced the rollers and seemed to be fine, he left I washed another load, put it in dryer and same sound, I called and they said they couldnt send someone out unless I paid again for another diagnostic fee.

    Service was great-fast and easy to set up, service person was awesome-he was very helpful, on-time and quick to do the job. Unfortunately, the part came in a few times dented but it was finally resolved.

    Repair LG combo microwave/wall oven

    Best buy serviceman came on schedule, examined our LG combo in wall microwave/oven. Had to order a part (new electronic board). Came back next week, installed and fixed. Friendly, professional, good communication
