Great Vacuum Sealer

From capping your bottle of wine to keeping your brown sugar from clumping and saving your food from not only freezer burn but actually prolonging the amount of time it can remain in your freezer.

The first one failed

The vacuum pump was still operating, and properly, but I was having to lean on the lid with it latched for it to vacuum. It has a foam/rubber seal inside for the vacuum, defects happen, but Best Buy replaced it no questions asked.

Great for any size household

With meats and cheeses being the majority of our purchases, this thing comes in handy.

My only complaint is that it is difficult to properly hold the item to be sealed and close the lid. I have to hold the bag with two hands and bump the lid closed with my chin.

Must-Have Kitchen Appliance

The lever locks the lid in place and with a press of a button, it vacuums the air from the bag and seals it tight. It will handle bags up to 11" wide.

She had problem with it stopping to remove air; turned out gaskets were compressed; instruction manual clear on how to troubleshoot.(unlock handle for storing)
