wish it was a steelbook! but love this movie!!!!!!

If you don’t have any edition of this classic that’s a great opportunity to have it. But if you have a 4k device maybe you should consider to buy the 4K edition for a few dollars more.

This is one of the best movies ever made. I am very happy to have this exclusive anniversary copy. A little disappointed that there was no booklet in the set, but otherwise very awesome.

My only drawback is that I wish this included a 4K disc of the movie but it’s only a blu ray disc. Other than that, I like the design of the casing and it’s obviously a very good movie

Love this movie but right after Forest asks Jenny to marry him it freezes and you have to fast forward. That just LAME, I want to simply enjoy my movie with worrying about errors!

Slow-witted Forrest Gump (Tom Hanks) has never thought of himself as disadvantaged, and thanks to his supportive mother (Sally Field), he leads anything but a restricted life. Whether dominating on the gridiron as a college football star, fighting in Vietnam or captaining a shrimp boat, Forrest inspires people with his childlike optimism. But one person Forrest cares about most may be the most difficult to save -- his childhood love, the sweet but troubled Jenny.

This is definitely worth watching; I think part of the reason why its popularity has endured is due to the different meanings people have gotten out of it.

This remastered blu-ray is worth the upgrade from the Sapphire Series release almost 10 years ago. My digital copy redeemed in 4K UHD in MoviesAnywhere.
