Shoaib has been our go to consultant at Best Buy! Every appliance we bought was exactly what we wanted & needed. Everything was installed with ease. Looks great and functions perfectly.

Had an 85 inch Sony tv mounted on our Master bedroom wall and a 55inch Samsung tv mounted on our upstairs guest bedroom wall. We also had our 65 inch Samsung in the family room remounted. It took two teams from the Geek squad to do the work. We have always been impressed with their service. We have purchased computers, refrigerators and TVs from Best Buy and we only buy from them because of the products and services.

I needed help with a cooktop replacement. Yvette determined that I only had 3 possibilities without major reconstruction of my kitchen to handle the exhaust. I was in total awe of her knowledge in steering me in the right direction to avoid unnecessary costs.

Moved into a new built home and needed advice on Wi-Fi, tv and other tech. Being total tech members made that easy. Tom visited us during our hectic move in and setup to advise us on what we needed to do and buy to truly make our new home a smart home. 5 stars. Would highly recommend!

Needed help setting up a movie room, and Sam from Best Buy was very helpful. The whole Family can now enjoy our new Movie Room!

I choose Best Buy because of their team support. Been working with them for many years. However Hernando is my go to person for all my orders for both myself and my clients. His service is excellent. He goes out of his way to make sure that everything is better than expected. I would recommend him anytime!!

I don’t know much about TV’s but my tv broke and I know what I wanted and I went into nest buy told Diego what I needed and he went directly to the tv that was perfect for me. Funny thing is he picked a Samsung TV which is what I had before and loved. He also told me about adding the tech insurance which is worth doing to have piece of mind.

I can’t say enough good things about the installation from the Geek Squad, Best Buy guys. Not only did they know exactly what they were doing from a technical point of view, but they were consummate professionals and had great customer skills and respect for everything that I wanted and needed for my installation. I am exceptionally happy with the installation and the purchase! I would recommend them to anybody!

Wanted to upgrade our home theater setup and was helped the whole way through. Missed the first tv we l looked at, do to non availability, out consultant stayed on the job and got us the new model as soon as he could. Great job.

My 27 yr old fridge was gasping so I had an in home advisor come out and measure the area. Then we picked out one that would fit and I was thrilled to find one on sale with bigger capacity for less than the smaller capacity. I got free delivery and haul away. When it was delivered the installers did an exceptional job with getting both handled. They also found I had a water valve so added a line so I have ice and water, something I thought impossible. Plus a zero down too.

We needed help to set up our home theater in one room and to mount another TV in the basement. The team in the store asked the right questions to buy the right equipment. The team that came to do the installation was courteous and professional. Overall this was great experience from beginning to end!

They shared the accurate measurements with us and much better than Lowe’s ( even though we paid for this Lowe’s measurement service- never shared it)

Our consultation was fantastic. Our consultant provided a better, more creative solution and at petter pricing than a different service we were considering. Responsiveness to our questions was fantastic and helpful. We are happy with the end result.

Your team did a superb job of establishing a discussion with us so that they knew exactly what we wanted and were expecting from the install and they nailed it. I am sitting in front of an 85” tv with perfect sound. Your team overcame several obstacles in the house but when they were finished speakers that were preexisting and odd wiring that was preexisting were all fixed and looked great.

We were hesitant to make the decision on the correct TV for our new home. Shawn was straight forward with his recommendation but not aggressive, giving us the time to research his proposal. The result is a TV and sound bar that works and sounds great in our house.

Consultation itself was great but when the notices started coming (4 total) to reschedule the install I expected the consultant to respond to messages to clarify why the delays. Your website makes it difficult to contact the store for answers.

My home advisor was very informative and knew his products, very convincing knowing he knew what he was talking about, made my experience and choices of product a Grade A experience. Highly recommend this service that Best Buy has to offer, best $200 I spent. Our consultant was very professional and informed, and recommended a Pro Mesh WiFi system for our home. Mesh systems are the newest and most efficient way to get a great signal throughout the house, at an economical price. Having a technician come to my home to assess my needs and see the layout of my home was assuring that I will receive what is needed to operate efficiently, and I won't be spending more money in the future because I bought the wrong thing.

Megan listened to our needs and helped us choose what system would work best for us to accomplish what we needed. We are very happy with our products and the service we received!
