We were moving from a TV in an entertainment center to one that would be mounted on the wall. We were concerned about the size and sound bar options. Mitchel helped us get clarity on what we should purchase and stay within our budget. We moved from a 55 inch to a 75 inch TV and added an outstanding surround sounder.

Remodeling two kitchens is a huge headache! Best Buy has been the perfect place to do that from. But Nathaniel Pugh has been the "Real Deal". He is the "Glue" that keeps this project together. And his "Calm" has been the thing that kept everyone focused. Thanks Nathan, WeThe could not have done it without you!

The install techs were very courteous and professional. They measured and moved our current TV mount to better accommodate the much larger new TV. They utilized our current hidden wiring system and programmed our Comcast remote to the new TV.

We needed a new built in microwave that would work with our existing trim kit. Our home expert knew exactly which models would work, saving me time and making the shopping experience very easy! I have recommended her to several friend!

Jason Araujo really helped me get the perfect appliances for the limited space. He helped me keep the appliances in my budget. The installers were able to get everything installed with a few modifications.

In home consulting helped us to find the right size and brand of the appliances as we have a limited space for the fridge and also he explained how to do the routine care for those appliances.

I'm loving my new Samsung range possibly more than the average person. I have been going back and forth with the warranty company since Thanksgiving when my old range died on me. After 4 months, this is a much needed and welcomed replacement.

Even before the consultant came to my home I knew what product I needed, the SkyBell camera doorbell, which fit almost perfectly where I needed it mounted. What I didn't know was if I was going to need any other equipment. Having a person that was knowledgeable of what else I would or wouldn't need and with different opinions clearly relieved me of any speculation or questions knowing that the SkyBell would fit.

Excellent fast service!!!! Service guy came out to ensure the stove would fit. He gave me all the information and ensured on time delivery. The stove was delivered on time and installation went without issues.... Great job and great looking end product.. THANKS BEST BUY!!!!

Went browsing at Best Buy to look at kitchen appliances. Salesman that waited on us was Sam. He informed us that he did in home consultations and we agreed for him to come into our home. Great service!

I needed a new TV for our bedroom and wanted the old one mounted to the wall in our exercise room. Chris was on time for our appointment, wore a mask and took care of everything from taping up the location of the tv mount to ordering all of the products and services required to do what I wanted done. A couple weeks later everything was done and we are very happy!

I don’t have enough good things to say or the time to say them. I literally just finished typing an email requesting him and his team to come Back out and complete another job on another room I have been wanting to knock out for a while now. Y’all have a fantastic crew on your hands. The movie room they finished for me a year ago then just upgraded last week looks and sounds amazing!

Installation of dishwasher and washer&dryer. So fast. So efficient. So helpful! I can’t say more than that — was so easy. They did a great job. Also double-checked everything was working after installing and went thoroughly through everything with me. Excellent experience!

Robert was fantastic and very thorough. He showed up at our house and made recommendations for our surround sound in the basement . We met him later at the store and picked out the audio equipment and geek squad delivered/installed a week later. We’ve had no issues with the audio and it feels like a “real” movie theater in our home!

Daniel was fantastic. So polite and knowledgeable. He made sure we had enough options to select our new fridge. We look forward to working with him again to consult on our sound bar and other appliances. We love our new whirlpool!

Excellent service from Best Buy for the install of our frame TV and 2 other TV mounts. They were patient and knowledgeable! They climbed into the attic and made the adjustments we needed to have the TV flush against the wall.

The Best Buy tech was very helpful with measuring my doorway and area for my dryer and helped me pick a wonderful LG model online. I told him I wanted a small dryer for two people and nothing extra fancy. My dryer is working and I am still finding new things about it.

We needed a New TV and home theater system, didn’t have any idea what to get but Glen from West Nyack Best Buy provided options and answered every question, he also worked with us with price matching. We highly recommend working with Glen the consultant!
