Our consultant was very professional and informed, and recommended a Pro Mesh WiFi system for our home. Mesh systems are the newest and most efficient way to get a great signal throughout the house, at an economical price. Having a technician come to my home to assess my needs and see the layout of my home was assuring that I will receive what is needed to operate efficiently, and I won't be spending more money in the future because I bought the wrong thing.

Went browsing at Best Buy to look at kitchen appliances. Salesman that waited on us was Sam. He informed us that he did in home consultations and we agreed for him to come into our home. Great service!

I'm loving my new Samsung range possibly more than the average person. I have been going back and forth with the warranty company since Thanksgiving when my old range died on me. After 4 months, this is a much needed and welcomed replacement.

We needed help purchasing a sound system for my home. I had bought a Sony wireless speaker which was ok but what Bill recommended was exactly what I wanted.

Daniel was fantastic. So polite and knowledgeable. He made sure we had enough options to select our new fridge. We look forward to working with him again to consult on our sound bar and other appliances. We love our new whirlpool!

The ultimate product we got is quite good. There were some real challenges in the customer experience in buying and installing. The designer mismeaaured the area for the sound bar so we had to get something different than what he specified. The installers were friendly but had to return because they programmed the surround sound improperly. I am frustrated because I couldn’t get a straight answer on the pricing of an accessory that didn’t work properly. We decided to return the accessory and ultimately the refund was close to $500 less than when what I was told it cost when purchasing.

Installation of dishwasher and washer&dryer. So fast. So efficient. So helpful! I can’t say more than that — was so easy. They did a great job. Also double-checked everything was working after installing and went thoroughly through everything with me. Excellent experience!

Even before the consultant came to my home I knew what product I needed, the SkyBell camera doorbell, which fit almost perfectly where I needed it mounted. What I didn't know was if I was going to need any other equipment. Having a person that was knowledgeable of what else I would or wouldn't need and with different opinions clearly relieved me of any speculation or questions knowing that the SkyBell would fit.

I needed a new TV for our bedroom and wanted the old one mounted to the wall in our exercise room. Chris was on time for our appointment, wore a mask and took care of everything from taping up the location of the tv mount to ordering all of the products and services required to do what I wanted done. A couple weeks later everything was done and we are very happy!

Robert was fantastic and very thorough. He showed up at our house and made recommendations for our surround sound in the basement . We met him later at the store and picked out the audio equipment and geek squad delivered/installed a week later. We’ve had no issues with the audio and it feels like a “real” movie theater in our home!

The expert was so knowledgeable in helping us figure out which TV and refrigerator would best fit in our living room and kitchen. He gave us very good ideas to make sure the appliance would fit

Excellent service from Best Buy for the install of our frame TV and 2 other TV mounts. They were patient and knowledgeable! They climbed into the attic and made the adjustments we needed to have the TV flush against the wall.

I don’t have enough good things to say or the time to say them. I literally just finished typing an email requesting him and his team to come Back out and complete another job on another room I have been wanting to knock out for a while now. Y’all have a fantastic crew on your hands. The movie room they finished for me a year ago then just upgraded last week looks and sounds amazing!

Devon was great and his knowledge of the equipment and installation process was outstanding. I would defiantly buy from Best Buy again knowing that Devon and others like him are there to help me make the right decision on future purchases.

We needed help for measurements to see if our appliances would fit. They fit in great. The appliances all look good and are working great.

Lee was AMAZING. She came out to our home and set us up with an incredible setup. The installers did an amazing job as well. I wanna buy MORE stuff in fact. I'm telling everyone about my GREAT Best Buy experience.

We needed a New TV and home theater system, didn’t have any idea what to get but Glen from West Nyack Best Buy provided options and answered every question, he also worked with us with price matching. We highly recommend working with Glen the consultant!

The Best Buy tech was very helpful with measuring my doorway and area for my dryer and helped me pick a wonderful LG model online. I told him I wanted a small dryer for two people and nothing extra fancy. My dryer is working and I am still finding new things about it.

Terrible experience! Very poor & dismissing sales team. This is the first contact from the Home Expert since the order was completed in October. After a serious delivery delay only the body of the refrigerator was delivered despite the fact that the front panels came in weeks before the refrigerator. I have a very unsightly 84” machine sitting in my kitchen that I have to open with a screw.
