I wanted to install three TVs and floor speakers in my mancave and have different audio zones for each television. They did an excellent job with explaining on how to achieve this. They are scheduled for a second visit to complete the work because I ordered an incorrect part to achieve maximize efficiency.

Terrible experience! Very poor & dismissing sales team. This is the first contact from the Home Expert since the order was completed in October. After a serious delivery delay only the body of the refrigerator was delivered despite the fact that the front panels came in weeks before the refrigerator. I have a very unsightly 84” machine sitting in my kitchen that I have to open with a screw.

Everything about our home theater is first class and Magnolia and the entire team were punctual, informative, and perfectionist about the install.

I had already decided on a tv but had questions about location and recommendations on my home theater equipment. The Consultant really listened and gave me great advice! I told her that I was returning to the store that afternoon and when I got there she had everything I needed ready to go! My home entertainment system exceeded my expectations. Mario came to consult how we wanted our TV mounted on wall in corner. He was very helpful. This service was good. He knew just what bracket we needed and wrote up our purchase.

Josh was OUTSTANDING. He and his partner did an AWESOME job in installation and calibration of our new 85" theater system along with my older speakers. We had two additional flat screens to be mounted. They did the tape marking, allowed me to make changes, then "PRESTO" they were mounted. JD did the initial consultation and did an AWESOME job also. His recommendations were SPOT ON.

We needed help to improve our WiFi in our large home and outdoor patio. Once we were able, with TotalTech help, to get screaming WiFi we asked for help in choosing a weatherized patio TV and soundbar. The team installed the units for us. All wonderful result!

Consultant arrive on time and helped me with everything. She was very knowledgeable on the TVs and sound bars that I was interested in. Was able to sit down with the dining room table and order everything that I needed without leaving my home. I would recommend and use this service in the future.

The Geek Squad installed two new OLED large screen TV's, added Roku sticks to two other TV's and put streaming services on all four.

The salesman actually listened to me as I explained that too many options confuse me. He did not overwhelm me with bell and whistle options once I told him my needs.

She was professional, competent and on time. She answered all of my crazy questions. She was friendly, too. When she said it all would fit, we ordered right then and there. What a great service I wish I had known about it last November when I was measuring everything myself and trying to make a decision and afraid I was going to make a measuring mistake. Great service!
