We needed help purchasing a sound system for my home. I had bought a Sony wireless speaker which was ok but what Bill recommended was exactly what I wanted.

The expert was so knowledgeable in helping us figure out which TV and refrigerator would best fit in our living room and kitchen. He gave us very good ideas to make sure the appliance would fit

I wanted to install three TVs and floor speakers in my mancave and have different audio zones for each television. They did an excellent job with explaining on how to achieve this. They are scheduled for a second visit to complete the work because I ordered an incorrect part to achieve maximize efficiency.

The ultimate product we got is quite good. There were some real challenges in the customer experience in buying and installing. The designer mismeaaured the area for the sound bar so we had to get something different than what he specified. The installers were friendly but had to return because they programmed the surround sound improperly. I am frustrated because I couldn’t get a straight answer on the pricing of an accessory that didn’t work properly. We decided to return the accessory and ultimately the refund was close to $500 less than when what I was told it cost when purchasing.

Lee was AMAZING. She came out to our home and set us up with an incredible setup. The installers did an amazing job as well. I wanna buy MORE stuff in fact. I'm telling everyone about my GREAT Best Buy experience.

I had already decided on a tv but had questions about location and recommendations on my home theater equipment. The Consultant really listened and gave me great advice! I told her that I was returning to the store that afternoon and when I got there she had everything I needed ready to go! My home entertainment system exceeded my expectations. Each consultation with Best Buy is always a pleasure. My consultant (Nick) always gives me expert advice, great pricing and perfect installation! As of today, He's upgraded my basement and family room. Next month, he's upgrading 2 of my bedrooms. Needless to say, we trust him with all of our technical and audio/visual needs. Thanks Nick!

Josh was OUTSTANDING. He and his partner did an AWESOME job in installation and calibration of our new 85" theater system along with my older speakers. We had two additional flat screens to be mounted. They did the tape marking, allowed me to make changes, then "PRESTO" they were mounted. JD did the initial consultation and did an AWESOME job also. His recommendations were SPOT ON.

I needed advice about a new washer and dryer,sizes, and quality. Blanca was very helpful. I inquired about the stainless steel refrigerator I wanted and she was able to recommend a perfect fit. I was so pleased to have good advice, gteat prices, and rapid delivery for all three items!

We needed help to improve our WiFi in our large home and outdoor patio. Once we were able, with TotalTech help, to get screaming WiFi we asked for help in choosing a weatherized patio TV and soundbar. The team installed the units for us. All wonderful result!

I was impressed with the work but upset that a longer hdmi cable were required for in wall mounting and they were selling them for 59 bucks and I needed 3. So now I just have cords hanging and will do it myself. He was nice and ran a cat5 cable so we can easily pull the new hdmis through the wall. Only other thing I thought was odd was that I had to help with the install as far as picking up the tv because he came alone.

Mario came to consult how we wanted our TV mounted on wall in corner. He was very helpful. This service was good. He knew just what bracket we needed and wrote up our purchase.

Everything about our home theater is first class and Magnolia and the entire team were punctual, informative, and perfectionist about the install.
