Needed help with a remodeled are that would have a 7.1 in ceiling speaker setup paired with a recover and tv. David recommended speaker spacing and device setup. It all came together perfectly!

We needed support at home to choose a 65" tv and wall mount since my mom was unable to leave her home due to health issues. With a free home consultation from Best Buy, the consult by Chris provided exactly what we needed...clear communication and support, listening to our needs without any pushy sale tactics, honesty, respect, and a guy who knew his stuff who could also communicate it clearly to my mom and me. And did I mention all while in our home via video so he could "see" our situation and offer his expertise! He guided us with options yet respectfully stayed within our budget. Color and sound were our concerns when choosing a tv since room can be bright due to windows and open walls create sound issues with volume needing to be louder than normal to hear quality. Yet sound and color are working out great for us with this Sony tv! We still have some cord management issues and will either follow up with Chris or purchase cord covers. Feeling confident about the follow through with Chris regardless and looking forward to another purchase with Chris for our next projects...tv and wall mount in moms room and Ring security cameras. With an annual membership I feel I can count on the support from the Best Buy home consult to get these projects complete!

I first met Mike when he assisted me in creating a TV and home speaker system for our home. It's been a year and we continue to enjoy the entertainment system. Recently, our daughter had a birthday and I decided to give her my Empire turntable. It was purchased in November of 1981. It has never been opened. Contacted Mike who agreed to help me put together the turntable as we had purchased other equipment from Best Buy. We had no Idea what to expect when we opened the Empire Turntable box for the first time. Mike thought this and had all the necessary back up equipment and he was instrumental in putting together the unit and it worker perfectly. I could not have completed this birthday gift without Mike's help. He stayed with me and answered all my questions as we discussed the upkeep and other topics associated with maintaining this vintage piece of equipment. What stood out the most to me was Mike's attitude and willingness to help. He was genuinely excited about this venture and wanted to ensure all went well. Mike is now a friend. Mike was the face of Best Buy that evening and I will be ever grateful for his willingness to come alongside to help me create a special evening for our daughter's birthday.

Not being ‘techy’ people, we needed help choosing the best tv & sound system for our home. Contacting Best Buy for a home consultation & installation was the best decision we made! Alec made more than 1 trip to the house as our remodel progressed. Every component of Alec’s configuration, from speakers to tv, laptop and wifi are AMAZING! We are enjoying music from any & all parts of our 3500 sq foot home as well as on both patios which sit on opposite ends of the house. The range and control options are phenomenal as well as the quality of sound! Everything exceeds our expectations! Alec’s knowledge of all the latest technology and products enabled him to find the perfect fit for our situation. The install crew, George and Paden, also did an exceptional job! So thankful Best Buy offers this service and employs top notch people like this team of men! No regrets here, only gratitude! Well done Best Buy! Alec, George and Paden are 3 of the reasons why we are repeat customers!!!

I learned about the in-home consultation on my first trip into Best Buy in many years. I went in because I recalled that stores had media rooms that I may be able to see an ultra short throw projector. My local store did not have that ability. But, they recommended an in-home consult. We scheduled the visit and Eric was our consultant. I had done some research and was able to ask the questions I had. Eric confirmed some of my thoughts and provided good insight into audio options. We ended up going with the projector I had in mind. But, we added the Sonos Arc, on Eric's recommendation. VERY happy with the selection, and the service Best Buy and Eric provided.

We were in the process of remodeling our home. I had built a room in the basement that was to be my home theater, but also had a large family room upstairs that I wanted to have a TV with great sound. I went to the local Best Buy store and requested assistance with this situation. I was advised that they had an In Home Representative that could come to my home and help me put a plan together. Before leaving the store I had an appointment set with Melanie Maryne to come to my home and assess the situation and make recommendations. Ms. Maryne came to my home and evaluated my needs, noted the equipment that I already had and put a proposal together. Several weeks later when my remodeling was complete, I contacted Ms. Maryne by phone and made the purchase. My purchase included equipment and installation for two home theater systems. Ms. Marnye made all the arrangements for installation, assured all equipment needed would be there, and at a time that was convenient for me. Installation day came and the Geek Squad technicians came and did a great job installing all my equipment. Geek Squad technician Brayn Hunt did a fantastic job not only installing the equipment, but making sure I knew how to use it before they left. I can't thank Ms. Marnye enough for her professional advise and guidance through this transition. Ms. Marnye always made me feel like one of her most important clients even though this was all taking place during her most busy time of the year. I highly recommend Melanie Marnye and the Geek Squad technician's!

I’m 110% BLOWN AWAY!! I’ve always wanted a theater in my joke but until now I never had one. The new house does. I bought the 85” X91J Sony Bravia. I got a Badass new Yamaha amp to go with. I had previously acquired a surround system many years ago made by Cerwin Vega. LS2. Original retail was around 8000$. My new friend Dusty from the Geek Squad and his associates as well as my home consultant Frank are just the top of the Very Best at what they do. They all went above and beyond what I expected. The install was seamless and perfect. No wires. The Heavy Duty Bracket they used is also amazing. Now about how it operates. There’s absolutely nothing for me to compare this to!! The picture quality is off the charts. The sound system will awaken the dead!!! Our first family movie night was AVATAR!! I’ve seen it at least 20 times but watching it in 4K on the Sony I saw so much stuff I’ve never seen before. BTW, I rolled out my old Mitsubishi 73” rear projection tv. I thought it was good. I was wrong. Go spend the 4000$ to get a system like this. It will be the BEST DECISION you will ever make. Finally dealing with BestBuy was a joy. Their team is extremely smart and educated on all things home theater. They were professional and courteous and most of all, RESPECTFUL!! If you don’t go buy this TV then you’re just OFF KEEL!!!

Elvis consulted with me on upgrading my new TCL 98" TV, receiver, and subwoofer. His expertise and years of experience were spot on. I'm loving the new sound. The Geek Squad (GS) members, DJ and Scott were perfect and precise with the transaction and installation. DJ and Mark also installed my previous 80" Vizio TV, in-wall speakers, and cameras 10 years ago along with giving sound advice and installing numerous other smart devices throughout my home throughout the years. Recommend utilizing the (GS) when in doubt. Their knowledge and expertise will keep you updated on the new technology. Couldnt ask for a better team to assist with all my projects.

My experience from the point I bought my appliance, It was a smoth an excellent experience. At the Fresno store, I had help from Javid, which he made sure that the appliance still on sale and Austin coordinating with a subcontractor to make masurements fit the wall oven. Austing visited my home to make sure every thing was moving according to their protocol. Over all from purchasing the appliance to installation it was well coordinated and kept in contact with me all the time with emails, and text messages.

Our older TV was beginning to have issues and needed to be replaced. Adam visited and helped us understand not only our TV options, but also full system capabilities . He checked out our connected technology and helped us formulate an excellent plan for great visual and audio performance. His recommendations were spot on and everything went very smoothly with wonderful results! He also helped me plan changes that were needed before the installation. It was all great and his help was invaluable!

Our experience with Keith and his team was exceptional. We worked with Keith on designing and setting up theater room in our basement. Overall we had great experience working with him.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joshua, a specialist who visited our home to help us choose a TV, measure the fridge area and select the best refrigerator that would fit the space. I must say that my experience with Joshua was incredibly positive, and he provided exceptional service throughout the entire process. From the moment he arrived, Joshua exuded professionalism. He was punctual, arriving exactly at the scheduled time, which is always appreciated. What stood out to me the most was his friendly and respectful demeanor. He took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, and he genuinely cared about finding the right solution for us. Joshua expertly guided us through the process of measuring the space and then helping us choose the most suitable refrigerator based on the dimensions he had gathered. He was patient and answered all of our questions, ensuring that we felt confident in our decision. What impressed me even more was that he went the extra mile by assisting us in placing the order and handling the payment process right there in our home. It was a seamless and convenient experience that made a significant difference in our overall satisfaction. However, the only hiccup in an otherwise outstanding service happened during delivery of the refrigerator and the TV. Unfortunately, after coming in and checking the space and measurement the delivery team informed us that the refrigerator that we had selected with Joshua didn't fit the space as anticipated. This was quite disappointing, as we had relied on Joshua's expertise to avoid such a situation. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it did leave us with a sense of frustration and inconvenience. Despite this setback, I want to emphasize that Joshua's friendliness was truly commendable. We are very happy about the TV, it works great and also fit perfectly with my space; but we sent back the fridge as it wouldn't fit. My advice would be as a customer we should just make sure to double-check the measurements independently to avoid any unexpected surprises during delivery.

My Home Expert, Rendee, was the answer to my prayers. My appliances were 38 years old, but I had no experience choosing kitchen essentials. Rendee was experienced and reassuring and helped me make the decisions. She also was strategic in planning and coordinating the deliveries and follow up to make sure all went well. Rendee was available to answer any question I had or help with the practical tips on using my new appliances. I have had a wonderful experience with my Home Expert and Best Buy. Thank you so much.

We had a difficult replacement refrigerator placement situation. The local Best Buy set up an in home consult visit. James carefully measured and assessed the built in space we wanted to use. At one point he had 2 laptops and his phone open to search for options and to confirm manufacturers installation specs. After finding extremely limited choices, James was able to order during his visit an in stock model which was installed about 10 days later. The install team also did a great job on a difficult removal and setting up the replacement refrigerator.

We wanted an outdoor tv installed on our new covered deck. The in store tech highly recommended just having his guy Scott come out and look at the space before making a final recommendation. So that’s what we did. Had a great consultation and then the install scheduled about two weeks later. Labor Day happened in between and I saved >1k. Scott had told me to watch for sales in case something like this happened. Everything went smoothly. Install guys were top notch too. We had a specific place for it and they managed to get it exactly like we wanted.

Wow, what a great experience. My wife and I went to Best Buy to scope out 4K OLED TVs. We lucked when we met Tiffany, a Senior Consultant and product expert extraordinaire! Tiffany offered great advice on our next home theatre system. This was the first time I’ve ever been ready to go with the top of the line products. We ended up deciding on a 77” Sony OLED and a full Sonos sound system. Tiffany scheduled a follow up meeting in our home and was extremely professional and courteous. We were able to close out the sale from the comfort of our own home. It was very simple and low stress! The delivery team was equally as great! They installed the new OLED on our cinder block wall and helped get everything going. I’ve been a Best Buy customer for a long time, but this was the first time I was ever blown away with the team and service. Way to go!

I never knew I needed an home expert consultation before purchasing a new tv & sound system until I got one. Best decision ever! My consultant, Fazle, was very patient, and provided me with extremely helpful feedback regarding the products I was considering purchasing. He took the time to explain which product best suited the layout and size of my livingroom which helped me to make an informed decision. Having a consultant come to my home helped me to shop with confidence. I am so glad I took advantage of this service, and even more happy about the products I bought!

The two gentlemen who delivered and set up my laundry space were fantastic! Our soace is small, but these guys did a suoer job. They were personable, professional and answered any questions / concerns I had. They also communicated with updates of their ETA. They were very respectful and that was refreshing as we have needed new appliances this past year and have used other stores before finally coming to BB. Thank goodness we did!

There were 5 people involved in my purchases and installations. It all began at the store on Tunnel Road In Asheville NC while looking at televisions I asked for help and the gentleman that assisted me was phenomenal after I informed him of what I wanted he actually showed me how to save over $400 and also get Tech assistances for a year as well as save $100 on television installation. On day of installation consult the young man who came opened his mouth and saved me another $150 but it didn’t end there when the installation team came they were fast and professional as well as efficient. They noticed one of the TVs were damaged in the both and left and retrieved another one and installed it. Then they took the time to educate me on the uses and options I had available. I tried to tip them but what they said really struck home. IT WAS AN HONOR TO COME INTO YOUR HOME AND PROVIDE YOU THE BEST BEST BUY EXPERIENCE WE COULD. WO

We bought all Best Buy appliances and we have Total Tech. The sales personnel came out and made sure our appliances would fit. The microwave didn’t fit and the person could tell me about an alternative that would fit.Appliances were delivered and set . I absolutely love the microwave that we bought because it was recommended. We bought it without seeing it. Waterloo Best Buy understands customer service and makes sure we are well taken care of, All the appliances were delivered free of charge because we are Total Tech members. We would not be without Total Tech. My kitchen is my dream!
