Chris has been very helpful with all sorts of the products Bestbuy carries from major appliances to smart TVs . He also gave great technical advice on wifi and Ring products. Chris is very easy to reach by text or email. He also helped me make the right choice with setting up Geek squad and experience deeper discounts and elite services . We did some major renovations and added a family room and a second kitchen. 3 new TVs and cook tops ,double ovens microwave to name a few purchases

Best Buy Geeks came to our newly built home and installed 3 tv and a surround system. We have sound on our patio and in the ceiling of our new home. You can see the speakers in the ceiling of the picture. They did an excellent job and provided us with knowledge of the new Xfinity streaming system. We did not have this program before and the new remote is different. They did an awesome job and were very professional.

Elvis was extremely helpful in recommending the right sound equipment for our new home/great room. He also made sure our installation was on time with all parts needed such as a mounting device. We are very happy with our Samsung 85 inch TV as well as our Sonos soundbar

We upgraded from the LG OLED65E8 to the LG OLED77GX Flush Mount, and Steve's advise and coordination was invaluable. The services he provided were very professional, polite, and efficient. As a Best Buy customer with Total Tech Support, and Extended Warranty coverages, it was very beneficial to have Steve as the single point of contact to arrange this upgrade, and the TV calibration after a suitable break-in period. We look forward to working with Steve again in the future.

Marc was great- so helpful and walked us through every step! We purchased the soundbar because of his knowledge about the quality and cost. We also really appreciated him taking us through the refrigerator section and helping us to think through size.

This is the first time we had ever use Free Home Consultation. The overall experience is great. Our consultant Megan was extremely professional and helpful. Not only she listens to our needs but she ensures that we are getting what we need for our new house and within our target budget. There were some long lead items and the delivery had to be done in 3 different times. She always responses back to us right away even when she was on vacation one time. Big Thank You to Megan.

We remodeled our Family Room and upgraded to an 85 inch TV with the Sonos Arc Ultra and Sonance Ceiling Speakers. Ed and the Team with Best Buy provided their recommendations and the Install Team did a great job. They took very good care of our home and was there to make sure we were fully happy. Everything is working GREAT and we will definitely call on Best Buy for our next project.

We greatly appreciate Jeremiah from the Santa Rosa store helping us out by confirming we could install two new Samsung Frame T.V.s on our walls. Jonathan came to the house and measured the space and offered suggestions as to movement of our gas line so the slide in range would fit just right!

We had recently purchased a new condo and needed help! In 2 different sessions with Kelsey, we were able to pick out 5 big screen TVs, washer & dryer, range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Kelsey was very knowledgeable and picked up on our interests right away and steered us in the right direction every time!

Arbi Moghadasian is one of the most patient and helpful customer service representatives we’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We went to Best Buy to replace our GE wash station with a stackable set of LG washer and dryer units, and Arbi offered to come to our condo and see if the units fit in the space where our last unit was. He took us through the entire purchasing process and was mindful of any discounts we would qualify for with our Best Buy credit card. He encouraged us to shop around and would price match any brands or models we were interested in. He NEVER rushed us at any point in the process, EVER. I point this out because most sales reps are trying to close the deal as quickly as possible, whereas Arbi is a thoughtful customer-oriented person, an extremely rarity in sales. He was also incredibly prompt in his responses, also rare in sales. We wound up returning the LGs (which Arbi was also helpful in processing without any difficulty) and wound up purchasing a pair of Miele units through his recommendation. Again, he adjusted the amounts so our credit bills would reflect the correct balance and always, ALWAYS was patient with our questions, no matter how repetitious or naive. Other customers related similar experiences they had with Arbi to us, remarking that even though there’s a local Best Buy near them, they’ll travel elsewhere to do business with Arbi. Best Buy is extremely lucky to have him as a member of their sales team. He is the first one we think of when people ask us for referrals in buying appliances, and we feel absolutely confident in recommending him to anyone, knowing they’re in great hands.

Tge consultation with Brad was great. I told him what I was interested in getting and he advised on the audio/visual components that would work best. I highly recommend Brad to work with anyone looking to enhance their home theater experience.

Steven was excellent in suggesting the appropriate TV size and configuring the the layout of my very small living room to get the most optimal view of the TV. It turned out great! Answered all my questions and gave me reassurances. I couldn't be more happy!

Logan was super helpful, I kind of knew what I wanted but he helped me make sure that what I was getting would be appropriate for my space.

Chris had all the answers. When he didn’t, he immediately looked up the information and verified. I would say he is an expert at what he does. If you’re looking to upgrade your current home theater system or build a crazy decked out space, Chris is the go to guy at the Galleria Best Buy location in Houston.

I was pleasantly surprised that my tech consultation and installation was as personalized as it was, considering the size and reach of the company. The home expert advised me well and I'm enjoying the final result. While I've always been a restless soul, I'm now enjoying staying at home and listening to music and watching TV - not quite a homebody yet, but getting there, thanks to the professionalism of the Best Buy crew.
