    Billy Bommer from the Riverdale Utah store has been incredibly helpful with our project (outdoor sound & entertainment system). Super smart and has held my hand the entire way. Like a proud father, he's walked me down the isle of Sonos & Sonance equipment confidently despite my trepidation, ensuring me that all will be well in the end.     We first ordered a fridge and when we got it delivered it didn’t fit we went back to the store Ana an associate told us about getting an in home consultation and when Gary came he helped me pick out the best fitting fridge for my apt. It got deliver and it fit perfectly.

    Chris goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! I purchase a lot of kitchen appliances due to my business and chris always finds what I need and make sure it gets delivered! He is one of the reasons I stay w/Best Buy! Not because Best Buy offers the cheapest prices but because his customer service is absolutely amazing!!!!

    Needed to buy a new TV and have it installed. I had lots of questions about TVs themselves and whether to mount in current position or set it on its stand in a different location. Brandon did a great job of answering my questions and helped me decide on a new TV. The installation was handled by Carlos and Laura went quite smoothly. Would recommend this service to others.

    Best Buy are true professionals

    This is two times now that BestBuy has flawlessly installed a product for us. This time it was a refrigerator. They communicate well, arrive in a timely fashion, install the refrigerator and haul off the old fridge. They made no messes and didn't so much as put a tiny scratch on anything. It was flawlessly professional.

    Home theater upgrade

    We wanted to upgrade from a 55 inch to a 65 or more. Because of limited space we decided on a 65 inch. Our Best Buy consultant , Anthony came to our home and made some great recommendations that were extremely helpful in making a decision. He answered our questions and made the process painless. It was great to talk with an expert in our home and I would recommend anyone who may be thinking of buying and installing a home theater system to contact Best Buy and have Anthony Derosa come out

    Houston, we have a problem

    The actual visit to my home was excellent. Not only did Alfredo come but also his supervisor Angelica came. That’s not where the problem lies. When my refrigerator was delivered as scheduled, the first one they sent I’ve been a used refrigerator and was scratched up. The delivery company told me it had been previously used by somebody and showed me all the damages before they took it off the truck. Obviously I declined it. I did not buy an open box or as is USED refrigerator. I was furious. I spent almost $4000! Why would they send me a used one? When I reached out to My salesperson, he could not guarantee that the next one would be new. He thought it would be new but he could not guarantee it. I don’t even understand how or why that would be possible that he could not guarantee me getting a new refrigerator. Anyway take two. They came to deliver the refrigerator this past Monday. When they arrived they had a three man crew. They had no idea that the refrigerator is going to need to go to a second floor so they didn’t have enough people to complete the delivery. They also told me that they could not take my existing refrigerator and move it to the garage as Alfredo and Angelica and I had discussed. They said they were not allowed to do that. I was absolutely furious. We had a call the Best Buy helpline to set up another installation/delivery. They came out this Friday and this time they did have a four-man crew come with a four-man crew. This time the delivery team was amazing and incredible. The lead had actually changed his schedule to make sure that he was the one to make the delivery and have oversight because he knew I was very upset. So I will commend the team lead on the delivery, but Best Buy really dropped the ball many times on this one. When I spoke with customer service on Monday of last week they said they were going to give me a financial compensation. I haven’t seen a penny yet. I Am Not Pleased By Best Buy’s Service

    Feels like concierge service

    Jim was great, very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all your questions. Even when I needed clarification multiple times about how Sonos works, he was very patient and explained it until I understood. When our install date was cancelled due to a winter storm he worked to get everything coordinated and the shipping tracked down so we could have everything installed the day we were supposed to. It’s feels like concierge service.

    Shaughn has helped us with our entertainment system needs on two occasions, and we think he's fantastic. He's extremely knowledgeable and informative, thorough, professional and patient. Although we have (hopefully) met our entertainment system needs for now, if we decide to expand in the future, we'll ask for him!

    Elvis was extremely helpful in recommending the right sound equipment for our new home/great room. He also made sure our installation was on time with all parts needed such as a mounting device. We are very happy with our Samsung 85 inch TV as well as our Sonos soundbar

    Marc was great- so helpful and walked us through every step! We purchased the soundbar because of his knowledge about the quality and cost. We also really appreciated him taking us through the refrigerator section and helping us to think through size.

    New Refrigerator! replaced white one

    This is the first time we've had an ice maker and water dispenser on our frigerature our "old one was 17 yrs old works fine is now in the garage We did our research and decided on "upgraded model that had ice maker on door vs in frig. Easy to remove and empty and does not take up frig. space Shelves are easily adjustable. Freezer is large and has various compartments to divide up door ie: I do cooked/leftovers in one bin to cook meats fish etc another breads muffins another etc.

    Our new home installation

    Best Buy Geeks came to our newly built home and installed 3 tv and a surround system. We have sound on our patio and in the ceiling of our new home. You can see the speakers in the ceiling of the picture. They did an excellent job and provided us with knowledge of the new Xfinity streaming system. We did not have this program before and the new remote is different. They did an awesome job and were very professional.

    Chris has been very helpful with all sorts of the products Bestbuy carries from major appliances to smart TVs . He also gave great technical advice on wifi and Ring products. Chris is very easy to reach by text or email. He also helped me make the right choice with setting up Geek squad and experience deeper discounts and elite services . We did some major renovations and added a family room and a second kitchen. 3 new TVs and cook tops ,double ovens microwave to name a few purchases

    A single point of professional contact

    We upgraded from the LG OLED65E8 to the LG OLED77GX Flush Mount, and Steve's advise and coordination was invaluable. The services he provided were very professional, polite, and efficient. As a Best Buy customer with Total Tech Support, and Extended Warranty coverages, it was very beneficial to have Steve as the single point of contact to arrange this upgrade, and the TV calibration after a suitable break-in period. We look forward to working with Steve again in the future.

    TV Living Room Speakers

    This is the first time we had ever use Free Home Consultation. The overall experience is great. Our consultant Megan was extremely professional and helpful. Not only she listens to our needs but she ensures that we are getting what we need for our new house and within our target budget. There were some long lead items and the delivery had to be done in 3 different times. She always responses back to us right away even when she was on vacation one time. Big Thank You to Megan.
