Jordan did a great job on the 2 consultation visits; unfortunately, after that he disappeared on Personal Time Off and did not answer or return calls. Since there was not a workable direct line to the Federal Way Best Buy store, we had to physically go into the store multiple times to resolve issues with the order with managers (one of whom also went on Personal Time Off as well). Ultimately, an effective manager did escalate the issue (unresolved receiver delivery date) the issues to the District Manager. We were also displeased that the screen was smaller than the screen that was replaced, which wasn't made clear until immediately before the actual installation. Ultimately, the setup was installed on time, but we felt it was a constant struggle and a faulty communication system, where we were not adequately informed throughout the process. Consultants and managers need to more effectively hand off their unfinished/ongoing tasks to a specific point of contact, and letting the customers know who that is, and how to communicate with them.

I moved into a new home and needed advise on what products would best meet my audio and video needs. Erica met with me and suggested the perfect products and set up installation. My home audio and video is not only looks and sounds incredible but is also perfect for the decor of my home. I am ecstatic with how perfectly everything fits and works.

Gideon was fantastic to work with he helped me in every step of the way even going out is his way to respond to my questions after hours!

Excellent service and installers were exceptional! Second crew that came out saved me $250 by not having to make cuts to install the micro/oven combo which the first crew said they had to make. Best Buy contact, Austin was very helpful and did everything I asked of him. When the stove tops go on sale I will buy one.

I was having a problem with one of my high end speakers. Chad, project mgr. and Zach, installer came out and did a complete dissasembly of the problem speaker and identified exactly what the problem was. They were extremely thorough and professional, and identified possible solutions. I would highly recommend them!

The consultation was extremely helpful in determining the size of the TVs we wanted as well as the audio system. I went in with some expectations but Phillip used his expertise to help fine tune the setup to better fit the space.

I purchased all 4 LG kitchen appliances; range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. I love them all & they look great! However, I was told by the in-home consultant that the stainless steel is made differently now and doesn’t leave fingerprints like it used to. That’s not the case. Fingerprints show on all of the appliances. Now I wish I would have purchased the appliances in brushed nickel. Hence, the 4 star rating.

I was interested in updating our kitchen appliances, and heard that Best Buy had a service in which someone could come to your home and provide guidance. Making an appointment was extremely easy, and within 3 days I was able to have Scott Schnabel provide a home consultation. The home consultation consisted of proactive text notifications and a punctual arrival. We were able to receive guidance on appliance options, as well as installation and measuring scenarios. There were no pressure to make a purchase or have haste on any decisions. We were provided with a sales quote and felt well informed. A few days later we decided to move forward and added multiple Dacor appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave) to our order. Installation was also very smooth. Both phone call and text messages were sent for both appointment times and up to arrival. The work was performed and to high satisfaction. A few days after the installation, Scott (our Home Expert) followed up with both text and email to make sure everything went smoothly. From a full experience of consultation, purchase, and installation we could not be happier!
