When we needed to replace our old 48” built in refrigerator with a new one I worked with Brandon to select one. He saw it through from purchase to installation. Was available via text or phone call to answer any questions.

Professional, timely and knowledgeable. Came out and assessed my new outdoor kitchen and knew EXACTLY what I needed. I spend more time outside than inside watching tv now. The installation crew was also spot on. Can’t thank this crew enough.

Had a recent lightning strike, had to replace part of my system. Original crew came down was fantastic. Found out , I needed a Subwoofer and was interested in Dirac (New to Denon) calibration system. Mitch came down and replaced sub and calibrated system using Dirac. Mitch was very knowledgeable of procedure and he had a "wheel within wheel" intelligence to Home Theater calibration. Best Buy is luck to have a person at this level...
