James was amazing!! He helped to figure out what washing machine and dryer work as far as size within the Laundry closet. He helped me to find a quieter washing machine. They both work perfectly. They are more efficient than the old washer and dryer was!!

Great job installing all my 8 security cameras. Workers were professional. They cleaned nip good and made sure I was happy with every angle on each camera. They walked me through using the app and followed up a couple of days after the install to make sure I was happy.

Got home theater installation from Best Buy . Whole team from bestbuy and especially Blake Repp were very helpful , professional and extremely knowledgeable about the work they do . Highly recommend anyone whom anyone is looking for setting home theatre system including speakers , calibration etc . You can have peace of mind and let them do everything .

We needed a new oven/microwave unit but I didn’t know the size & felt hesitant about ordering based upon my measurements. Christian immediately offered to come out to measure for free and was able to do it the next day which was my day off. He showed up on time, measured the area and let me know I could order the 30 “ unit but advised the delivery staff may still need to trim off some of my cabinet and the approximate fee if that was needed. So I was prepared when that actually happened. Christian was also very informative about the product which aided me in my decision which product to buy. He told me to contact him if I had any questions or problems. I called him when the delivery staff called to cancel my delivery. The unit didn’t arrive to the warehouse in time for delivery. Christian remembered I was off every other Friday and tried to get me scheduled for Saturday. Although it didn’t work out, I appreciated that he was trying to intervene and assist. He even contacted me after the delivery to find out if everything went smoothly. I was genuinely impressed with Christian’s product knowledge, professionalism and his high level of customer service. I don’t do reviews but I did this one because Christian deserved this 5- star rating.

Consultant was very informative on what was needed due to his experience on his and other installations previously to mine. The installers were also exceptional. Very clean installation and thorough.

Needed help with getting a good, quality internet connection. I live in the country so appreciated the open discussion on how it could be improved.

Greg was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me get just the right set up. Having total tech-support is like having my own personal tech department. I wouldn’t trust my systems to anyone else.

Luis and (?) did a quick, early and efficient installation of our LG range. He even prepped our oven for use, saving me from reading the manual.
