    Reynaldo was provided a great in-home consultation. He was on time and responded to my questions post visit in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable with home audio systems and provided the best recommendations that fit perfectly my home situation.

    We recently moved into our new home, and Best Buy completed a major project for us. They wall-mounted 2 of our old televisions, and we also purchased a new 65inch Sony along with a complete surround sound system. Best Buy mounted the new TV, sound-bar, and ceiling speakers, and everything looks and sounds Great! Trey Benzel was our first point of contact, and he came to our home and worked together with us to create a masterplan of everything we needed. Trey was very knowledgeable, helpful and very customer service focused! Torrey & Jarred completed our installation, and they both were very knowledgeable, helpful, and they did an Outstanding Job! We are very pleased! Ricky & Pam

    Distraction-Free Consultation

    We were so surprised to learn Best Buy offered this free In-Home Consultation. I would definitely recommend everyone take advantage. At set up it asks you what products or services you wish to discuss. Several times when I shopped at our Best Buy in August it was so hectic, you'd think it was Christmas. This consultation gave us a distraction free opportunity to ask questions. Our Advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and answered my questions. He called in advance to let us know he was on his way. After the consultation he left a business card and said if we think of anything else, feel free to call him. Since I viewed the In-Home Consultation Video in advance, I was hoping he would test our rooms. But he just suggested we purchase a modem & router (if we want to keep our landline phone, we should have both) to replace our leased Gateway. He explained why two pieces are better than one and provided rough estimate of what it might cost so I could compare to cable co. lease price over time. I'm not sure if he was unable to test rooms like shown in the online video because our home cell phone & internet reception is poor or if that test only occurs if you already have the Total Tech Support. Our awful internet & in-home phone reception restricted his ability to pull up suggested TVs and Refrigerators for us to look at online. But we were thrilled our Advisor provided suggestions for what to look for when we are ready to buy a new TV. He looked at our area to confirm best location and since we were concerned about size, he measured our area and confirmed a larger TV could fit in the area. Prior to his visit, I ordered a Desktop through Best Buy and was waiting for its arrival at the store. Since it was so hectic at the store, I felt guilty/limited to ask questions about the desktop. The store suggested 3 Monitors that should meet my needs (size, tiltable & adjustable) so I looked at online reviews before my Advisor came so I could ask a few questions which he answered but was very generic. Our Advisor shared some info about the Best Buy Total Tech Support package. I am SO GLAD he did and we purchased it after our consultation. I used the in-store set-up on my new desktop. Rodney measured our refrigerator area and provided some great suggestions. Later we went to our Best Buy in person plus looked online but could not find any refrigerators that fit our criteria of counter depth, white texture without an ice maker or water (that would use valuable storage space). Our refrigerator still works, so we are just preparing (it's 21 years old) Hopefully manufacturers & stores will realize there are still older homes requiring counter depth without water plumbed to the refrigerator and Baby Boomers that still prefer White Texture over fingerprints on stainless steel (fingerprint resistant stainless steel still smudge). At our request, we also touched on our older stove/oven & dryer since it's only a matter of time before they give out.

    Home Theater Installation

    I visited my local BB to speak to the Home Theater team to arrange an installation of a projector, screen, subs and amp. I met Fernando Martinez who was super helpful day 1. He was able to recommend a few products that met my needs, specs of the room and beat the other two quotes I had from competitors. We placed the order on the BB credit card so I could get cash back and set up a Geek Squad appointment. The screen was delayed which my appointment was then pushed back but everything arrived in good condition and on time. I personally wanted to replace the screen as I felt a better option existed as I noticed some artifacts on the AWOL screen but he was super fast to make a return, help me with the new purchase and arrange a followup appointment to make sure I was pleased. Fernando is wonderful, very easy to reach and you can tell he wants to make sure all his clients are well taken care of. I know this experience wouldn’t have been as smooth or successful without him. Everything sounds great, looks fantastic and we are excited to use our home theater now. BB give Fernando a raise he deserves it!!!

    Brian did an amazing job with providing the right solution for Home Theater systems. Answered all questions in details. We got Sonos speakers and Yamaha receiver.. and very happy with the quality. Techs were great and did an amazing job.

    Nathan Dudley and the boys always take very good care of me. I have purchased everything in my house from Best Buy over the years. I can always count on them to help me when I need it. Over the years even when employees come and go there has always been quality people. Some better than others. Nathan Dudley, Randy and Cleveland are the best. Jordan Smith from the Geek Squad is great!! It is hard these days to find consistent people that want to work. Story short, I text Nathan on my way to the store after work 5:30 ish to order and pick the small stuff up for my latest upgrade. Nathan answered me ASAP like always. I got to the store and Nathan had everything completed before I arrived, what I didn't know Nathan had already left for the day. He turned around and came back to the store and had all, ready for me. Folks, that a keeper. If Nathan worked for me, he would never have any reason to leave. That is what I call a "GIVE A S.. T FACTOR". Very hard to find.     Dear BEST BUY Customer Service: I was incredibly pleased with the help of your Ken Swanger. He answered all my questions professionally and gave me high confidence that I would be happy with the result. That is the good news! The sad news is that the project should have been completed in one visit after I spoke with Ken. Instead, it took three trips by two different technical teams and ended up costing me an additional $139.00. In summary, and with all due respect, I honestly do not like your business model. It is not customer-friendly, at least in my case! I have recently purchased a new, expensive HP Laptop, a Sony 65-inch, and a Sony 55-inch TV. I am going to have to buy a new refrigerator, but I am having second thoughts about considering BEST BUY, even though I purchased a one-year subscription from your company. Again, with all due respect, this is my honest opinion. In fact, the 65-inch Sony project is still not complete, and I am going to have to have professional help in the future. Sincerely, Larry Suek

    In Home Consult and New Computer System Setup

    I was in Need of a New Computer Setup. So with the help of my Cousin we Arranged for an In Home Consult with Best Buy. The In Home Consultant Craig Pellegrinni was very Helpful in Guiding me on which Computer System would be best to Replace my aging Mac from I believe 2003. I chose a Mac Desktop 28"Display. a new Brother Printer ( MFC J100W & I also chose to get an Apple TV 4K Streaming device to replace my Aging 3rd Gen original Box. the Tech who came to Setup all the New Equipment was very Knowledgeable an setup all the New Equipment and made sure it was Working properly. After the GeekSquad Agent Anthony had everything Connected and Setup he gave me a brief Rundown on how everything Works which was Helpful He did have to comeback the Next Day only to Check the Data Transfer was Complete and finish the Printer Setup. I am very Happy with all Services and Both Agents Craig Pellegrinni & Anthony the GeekSquad agent who Setup the equipment for me. I do have to get an Adapter Bey as there is only 2 Ports on the Back which are Nut USB Compatible.

    We have worked with Alisha on two home projects in the past two years and she has been wonderful. Alisha spent a lot of time with us making sure we found the right appliances for our applications. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and I probably wouldn't have felt comfortable purchasing from Best Buy if it weren't for Alisha. These two projects consisted of complete kitchens and laundry and everything was perfect once installed and there were modifications that had to be made and they were also done right. This was a great experience from start to finish. She really cares about her customers!!
