Needed help with tv and speakers. Danielle and team did an excellent job installing everything and making it very easy to work with him.

We wanted to mount a TV over an existing TV nook. John was able to streamline the entire design and took the time to explain everything. Now we have a beautiful 65 inch TV with a great sound system.

I needed to upgrade my home theater. Joe came out for a consult and provided really good ideas, especially since the space for the TV had limitations. He came up with a creative solution, which has been great.

Bought new 77” tv and sound bar an matching sub, didn’t like how Samsung sound bar hung down below tv ! Went into store and talked to salesman that sold it to us, wasn’t getting much satisfaction from him for a bit , reminded him that we wanted the sound bar to mount up close to bottom of tv not 31/2” below, he finally went to talk to his boss, he finally returned and said he could set us up with their specialist the next week! Best Buy’s specialist called me exactly the morning he said he would this guy new his stuff understood exactly what we wanted and why, he told me that the best way to get this done was to exchange the sound bar I bought and buy the Sonos sound bar and sub With the Sonos mount. It cost us another $1100.00 but it was well worth it. The sound is amazing and we love it, The Best Buy specialist was Russell and he had his guy come out mount everything! It was a pain for a short time but I have to say Best Buy and their guy Russell fixed the problem! We will return to Best Buy soon to purchase more accessories for our new home!

Noah and Alex brought us our beautiful new television and expertly installed the sound boxes and wires. They carried it carefully down two sets of stairs for installation and carried out all the boxes and equipment, leaving our home set up to enjoy our first movie. They checked and double-checked to make sure it was working correctly. During our first movie, the sound was sometimes muting, and after experiencing a day of this, we called the number on the card Noah had left for us. He came soon, calling to make an appointment first. Troubleshooting, they discovered a loose wire and suggested a mesh network might help. Scott had mentioned this, too. They checked the internet levels in our basement, and sometimes the connection is low. We will watch this and appreciate the concern to make the situation the best for us. We respect the caring, helpful crew.

I needed help finding the right TV and sound system for my sister as a house warming gift. The consultation was very helpful especially with exploring all of the options that would fit best for my sister's living space. I ended up getting the Samsung S90D TV paired with the Samsung HW-Q800F sound system. My Sister loves it and everything works perfectly!

RC was so amazing. Great communication, very polite and friendly. He explained the rócese and helped me find the right appliance for my home. I thank him for reassuring me and making things easy for me.

Marvin was excellent; I’m so impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge in helping choose a TV. He brought up the ‘little things’ that help me buy the equipment that I needed for a smooth deliver and set-up. He also answered any questions via phone text. Best Buy is fortunate to have Marvin. I will refer him to my friends and family anytime!

Installed 48” in wall Samsung TV. Lou was very patient and also installed a new WIFI Router. He explained how to use my remote and programmed my Smart TV menu. Highly recommend Lou.

Zachary was great during his consultation putting the outdoor patio speaker configuration together. And I love the sound coming out of it now that it's installed. We had a hiccup with the scheduling of the install but Zachary was on it and got it rescheduled.

We have worked with Alisha on two home projects in the past two years and she has been wonderful. Alisha spent a lot of time with us making sure we found the right appliances for our applications. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and I probably wouldn't have felt comfortable purchasing from Best Buy if it weren't for Alisha. These two projects consisted of complete kitchens and laundry and everything was perfect once installed and there were modifications that had to be made and they were also done right. This was a great experience from start to finish. She really cares about her customers!!

The consultation I received from Rommel was fantastic. Resulted in me being able to purchase Home Theater system. And not having to go to the store was a big plus.
