The consultation I received from Manuel and Max in setting up my home theater was great. I'm very happy with the audio-visual products I purchased and the installation, which went really smoothly.

Needed help upgrading audio zones for my home. Best buy and geek squad are assisting me reach my goal.

I was in Need of a New Computer Setup. So with the help of my Cousin we Arranged for an In Home Consult with Best Buy. The In Home Consultant Craig Pellegrinni was very Helpful in Guiding me on which Computer System would be best to Replace my aging Mac from I believe 2003. I chose a Mac Desktop 28"Display. a new Brother Printer ( MFC J100W & I also chose to get an Apple TV 4K Streaming device to replace my Aging 3rd Gen original Box. the Tech who came to Setup all the New Equipment was very Knowledgeable an setup all the New Equipment and made sure it was Working properly. After the GeekSquad Agent Anthony had everything Connected and Setup he gave me a brief Rundown on how everything Works which was Helpful He did have to comeback the Next Day only to Check the Data Transfer was Complete and finish the Printer Setup. I am very Happy with all Services and Both Agents Craig Pellegrinni & Anthony the GeekSquad agent who Setup the equipment for me. I do have to get an Adapter Bey as there is only 2 Ports on the Back which are Nut USB Compatible.

Got home theater installation from Best Buy . Whole team from bestbuy and especially Blake Repp were very helpful , professional and extremely knowledgeable about the work they do . Highly recommend anyone whom anyone is looking for setting home theatre system including speakers , calibration etc . You can have peace of mind and let them do everything .

Great job installing all my 8 security cameras. Workers were professional. They cleaned nip good and made sure I was happy with every angle on each camera. They walked me through using the app and followed up a couple of days after the install to make sure I was happy.

Best Buy has a consultation at home service. It’s free. My wife and I were in the store and couldn’t decide between two Sony smart TVs. We weren’t sure if one would fit. That’s when they told us about the home consultation service. We made an appointment. Fazel arrived when he said he would. He looked at our set up, including my cable box. I showed him pictures of two TVs we were considering. He explained the difference and we decided. He set up everything for us. He ordered the tv and made the arrangements for the delivery and set up. He also made sure we ordered the proper connector between the cable box and the new TV. He took his time. He answered all our questions. And as I said, the service was free. Fazel Was just excellent. I definitely recommend Fazel and the home consulting service.

We worked with Ross to review and updated our system. He is very knowledgeable and helped us select the right components we needed to replace all the outdated ones. We worked closely with the installation team. They were great as well. They all were really great to work with.

We needed a new stove and were so happy to have Erica to help us with this. Her expertise helped to make this a smooth transition because she knew what was needed. She was very helpful. We are enjoying our new stove.

We have worked with Alisha on two home projects in the past two years and she has been wonderful. Alisha spent a lot of time with us making sure we found the right appliances for our applications. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and I probably wouldn't have felt comfortable purchasing from Best Buy if it weren't for Alisha. These two projects consisted of complete kitchens and laundry and everything was perfect once installed and there were modifications that had to be made and they were also done right. This was a great experience from start to finish. She really cares about her customers!!

It was nice to have someone come to the house to help with what we needed and how to setup

We bought so many things there but the last Appliance bought was a Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator and a stove

Destinee was my Best Buy in home expert for recommending how to set up my 2 separate systems: 1. my older smart TV with a new Sonos gen2 soundbar & 2. connecting up my non wireless capable stereo component system (receiver, cd player, cassette tape deck) with 5 speakers (two front 3 way spkrs., 1 subwoofer & two rear 2 way spkrs) in my large great room. She was very personable as well as very knowledgeable. She examined everything, she read parts of my tv & stereo component manuals & looked at some of their diagrams. She easily answered my questions & suggested getting a wireless Rocketfish 2 part system which would attach to the stereo receiver & 1 of the rear spkrs. to avoid runninng cables all around the great room baseboards. It works & sounds great. She wrote up the whole work order & I paid her for all of this during this consult. Aaron was my geek squad tech installer & he also did a great job & was very personable, knowledgeable & detail oriented. I would highly recommend using this in home expert as well as a geek squad installer to anyone. They are excellent.

We needed help setting up our home theatre and speakers. The expert was very knowledgeable and walked me through the best options for our space. Great experience overall!

Being elderly, legally blind & not technically savy, we needed help selecting the best tv for me and installation of it. We were shown several tvs & gives the specs on three. We took them home & studied them. Next we went back to Best Buy to tell them our choice only to learn it wasn't in stock & couldn't be ordered. We settled on a 2nd choice but it was not in stock either & had to be ordered. We went to the store the day before it was to be delivered only to learn the delivery request had been lost & it couldn't be delivered for 3 weeks A request was made for it to be expedited ASAP and after we got home we were delighted to learn it would be delivered the next day. The installer was fantastic! He installed it, demonstrated how to work the remote then had me try several things with the remote. He ever wrote instructions down in large print for me for my vision problems. He even gave me his phone no. to text in case I had a problem. I later discovered something he had not covered & I had failed to ask about recordings. He called me back and explained how I should do it. He even offered to swing by my house the next day to check it oout which he did. He was very patient and extremely helpful--moreso than anyone else I have ever had in my house to install something. He was fantastic and made up for the bad experiences we had had in selecting & purchasing the tv. He left us both totally satisfied and feeling good about Best Buy.

Noah and Alex brought us our beautiful new television and expertly installed the sound boxes and wires. They carried it carefully down two sets of stairs for installation and carried out all the boxes and equipment, leaving our home set up to enjoy our first movie. They checked and double-checked to make sure it was working correctly. During our first movie, the sound was sometimes muting, and after experiencing a day of this, we called the number on the card Noah had left for us. He came soon, calling to make an appointment first. Troubleshooting, they discovered a loose wire and suggested a mesh network might help. Scott had mentioned this, too. They checked the internet levels in our basement, and sometimes the connection is low. We will watch this and appreciate the concern to make the situation the best for us. We respect the caring, helpful crew.
