Just want to acknowledge Brian Bean, from Waterford, CT store. He was a rockstar. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful selecting and purchasing the right products for a new home build. Purchased all major appliances, Tv's, Sonos speakers, smart switches and brilliant system. Was a lengthy and at times challenging process but he was with us all the way. Thanks Brian!

Tarek was fantastic. He helped me get my home internet up to speed with a mesh system. Mounted 4 TVs through the house. He even figured out how to mount a 55” frame in my bar with only 1 stud. His customer service was above and beyond. Rescheduling on my request, switching out one tv for a bigger tv by request, etc. very good guy to work with. Thanks man!

I had very specific criteria and a budget. He listen to all my criteria and then asked questions before even entertaining giving me a solution. Went above and beyond as to installation. I was always keep informed. Honestly, I was not expecting this high level service but was pleasantly surprised. A true consultative professional approach. Congrats, you have a life long customer.

OMG! Nick Rocked The house! This well spoken gentleman was the most knowledgable person I have ever met in the Tech industry! Nick helped find me everything I was looking for in our new house! I was looking to purchase a washer and dryer right away. My consultant was professional yet personable. He seemed to know the products, verified the measurements (which I appreciated) and could answer questions about cost. It was a great experience. I made my purchase during that consultation. I just recently moved into my condo and will need to purchase kitchen appliances at a date in the near future. Since my initial experience with my consultant went so well I plan to use this same service when replacing my kitchen appliances. Thank you Best Buy! This is a great service.

With a timely heads up, and following a brief orientation, the 'squad' team arrived on time and had the new wall mount, combination in wall outlet/interconnects, 5.1.2 soundbar and 55" OLED tv installation up and running in about an hour. Further, we appreciated the clean install work, equipment set up and then followup consultation on basic A/V function and features. Great job! We are quite impressed by the professional approach and skill displayed. We returned to Best Buy the next day to purchase the rear surround speaker kit and Sanus stands...easy setup and pairing!

Drew was fantastic. Very communicative and really went the extra mile to explain all logistics of the install we were wanting as well as provide helpful product knowledge to make recommendations. We did two separate installs through Drew and both turned out beautiful.

I’ve used Geek Squad for tv mounting previously - it was a terrific experience; and I swear it was half the price 2 years ago, now $249!! Anyway, I didn’t get GeekSquad this time but they’re third party people. They were very nice guys and did get the tv Mount up & mounted the tv leaving fingerprints on the tv screen, sawdust on the mantle under the sound bar, holes without faceplates where they brought the HDMI into and out of the wall. They did no cord management other than lifting the HDMI cables over part of the mount; dangling cables below the tv. They pointed out a mounted plug without a faceplate telling me it was very dangerous, yet they didn’t want to use my surge strip and just plugged my tv & sound bar into that dangerous plug without covering it. They didn’t set anything up or check for updates. They didn’t tell me which HDMI cable was plugged into which input so I had to unplug them one by one to see which was which and set up my system. The sound bar didn’t work as expected because they chose to use the optical connection instead of the available HDMI. Unfortunately, I am less than impressed with the service and would only recommend spending that kind of money if I could insure GeekSquad would be doing the work.

Jay was a great representative for Best Buy! He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, candid, polite and friendly. We very much enjoyed working with him and he recommended a great TV and sound system for us. We are very happy with our choices/decisions!

Mr. Pollard guided my purchase - he was patient, kind and knowledgeable. The delivery gentlemen were timely, cleaned up after themselves, friendly and professional - they taught me how to use everything before leaving. I could not be more pleased.

Michael was great and very knowledgeable. He helped me with decisions on products and fit. The only issue I had was the poor installation of the microwave. I can’t believe a professional installer left it this way. I am still waiting on my reward points as well on the stove top, in wall oven, dishwasher, microwave, and microwave install kit.

Chad knew all the details about each appliance I purchased. He followed up and also sent me a message when the washer and dryer I wanted went on sale. Because of his attention to all these details, I made sure that I worked with Chad. We made appointments and saved a lot of time. I considered him to be the consummate professional.

Our consultant was insightful and determined what products would prove useful to us by listening. Saved us considerably by measuring the exact cut out for our replacement cooktop as many advertised as 36 inches would not have fit without cutting the countertop. In addition, much easier to have a single person to contact for assistance.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for Jose’s professionalism, thoroughness, and consistent assistance throughout our interactions. His expertise and support have been greatly appreciated. However, I must candidly share my disappointment with a recent service experience. The lead serviceman who was dispatched to change out the door of my refrigerator left me incredibly dissatisfied. His demeanor was marked by rudeness, impatience, and dismissiveness, and his overall conduct was far from the level of professionalism I have come to associate with Best Buy's services. Top off this poor interaction, he left the plastic he removed from my refrigerator door in the hallway, which I found to be completely unacceptable. I believe in providing honest feedback to help maintain the high standards of service that customers expect from Best Buy. I hope that this isolated incident can be addressed to ensure that future interactions reflect the excellence that you exemplify.

Steve and his assistant arrived on time, put on their overboots, and worked efficiently to install the mount and TV. Steve then showed us the features of the 50" Sony Bravia X85 and set it up access several of the TV services/networks/apps that we will use. Steve spent as much time as we needed, and was very friendly, helpful and personable. Thanks Steve!

We were interested in purchasing components for a home theater system for our newly purchased home. Jay suggested the products that would best meet our needs and was very informative. The virtual experience made this simple as we were able to review pictures, specifications, and easily converse. This was also an absolute time saver. The geek squad install is also going very smoothly as they are also extremely informative and pleasant.

Since my last tv purchase was more than 12 years ago I needed extensive guidance. I learned so much about new tv technology from my consultant and the Geek squad. The installation was done professionally and I did not feel rushed. All of the guys gave me their contact info so I could reach them as needed. .

I was looking to setup the media room, hence reached out to best-buy. Setup included audio(surround speakers) , 120'' screen and projector. Patrick provided with options available understanding my budget constraints. Patrick was in touch till the project was complete and responded to my messages and phones. I understand the difficulties in setting-up the projector, but they never gave up and allotted extra time to resolve it. Technician Carlos did put in extra hours to resolve the all the niggling issues. For all the new bees who are trying to do similar setup..i would definitely recommend bestbuy geeks.

We were investing substantial dollars in a top of the line OLED TV and needed expert guidance on choosing between the three main brands and their offerings. Tyler proved to be very knowledgeable and was able to point us in the right direction.
