We were unaware of the consultation service when we visited the store and were confused about what would work best for us in the way of a new tv and sound system. The service was recommended by a store associate. The consultant, Jayson, was knowledgeable, friendly and, after listening to what we wanted, recommended the perfect system for us. Extremely happy with the service and the products.

We wanted a TV on our patio and Best Buy came out to educate us on what tv, mount and speaker would work best. We bought it and I'm happy with the entire process, from consult to install. I highly recommend you get a consult and make the best decision for you.

The Geek Squad crew was excellent at installing my new TV. They were meticulous at installation and got me started on familiarizing myself with the new technology and streaming package options. They were very thorough with the installation and training.

Ken was knowledgeable about the brand, proffessional and thorough with measuring the spaces for the appliances (even providing very helpful and accurate measurements to give to the backsplash tiler), and ultimately helpful in getting resolution to the installation issues of getting 2 damaged appliances replaced.

Our Samsung frame tv was installed as per our request. Set up was thoroughly completed and ready for immediate use. Couldn’t be happier with results! Strongly recommend their services

Alan was amazing in understanding the entire situation and requests for my TV and soundbar setup above a stone fireplace. He was very knowledgeable in recommending the correct mounts and was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Jake and Brian also did an amazing job with the installation. Had an 85 inch Sony tv mounted on our Master bedroom wall and a 55inch Samsung tv mounted on our upstairs guest bedroom wall. We also had our 65 inch Samsung in the family room remounted. It took two teams from the Geek squad to do the work. We have always been impressed with their service. We have purchased computers, refrigerators and TVs from Best Buy and we only buy from them because of the products and services.

We needed help with kitchen appliances and home theater selection and setup. It was awesome having someone to come to our home and see our situation and help us with the right solutions. He listened to our needs and catered the purchase to fit us and our budget.

Erika has helped me with many projects. She helped me with all of my appliances for my Kitchen remodel during Covid. She has also helped me with appliances, service and installation for a rental unit. She is extremely efficient in what she does, very reliable, a wealth of knowledge and has wonderfully refreshing professionalism.

My 27 yr old fridge was gasping so I had an in home advisor come out and measure the area. Then we picked out one that would fit and I was thrilled to find one on sale with bigger capacity for less than the smaller capacity. I got free delivery and haul away. When it was delivered the installers did an exceptional job with getting both handled. They also found I had a water valve so added a line so I have ice and water, something I thought impossible. Plus a zero down too.

Amazing service that went above and beyond when we had an issue with the installer. She came to the house, measured, then showed the installers how this would fit I the odd space. Thank you for rescuing the installation! Others said it couldn’t be done, but your service really helped.

Not only did they know exactly what they were doing from a technical point of view, but they were consummate professionals and had great customer skills and respect for everything that I wanted and needed for my installation.
