We needed help with kitchen appliances and home theater selection and setup. It was awesome having someone to come to our home and see our situation and help us with the right solutions. He listened to our needs and catered the purchase to fit us and our budget.

Ken was knowledgeable about the brand, proffessional and thorough with measuring the spaces for the appliances (even providing very helpful and accurate measurements to give to the backsplash tiler), and ultimately helpful in getting resolution to the installation issues of getting 2 damaged appliances replaced.

Shoaib has been our go to consultant at Best Buy! Every appliance we bought was exactly what we wanted & needed. Everything was installed with ease. Looks great and functions perfectly.

When I said to the sales guy, “I want the Samsung 82,” the work began to provide all the suggests for completion of my Super Bowl centerpiece. Between BB sales and management team, the Geek Squad and several unknown slaves... the team of over a dozen people were assembled to make my day. Even Clint Eastwood wouldn’t have gotten more attention than I. The tv is just as cool as I expected, but for minor adjustments, they were here 3 weeks later, too. Thanks, Newport News Store!

We were unaware of the consultation service when we visited the store and were confused about what would work best for us in the way of a new tv and sound system. The service was recommended by a store associate. The consultant, Jayson, was knowledgeable, friendly and, after listening to what we wanted, recommended the perfect system for us. Extremely happy with the service and the products.

Amazing service that went above and beyond when we had an issue with the installer. She came to the house, measured, then showed the installers how this would fit I the odd space. Thank you for rescuing the installation! Others said it couldn’t be done, but your service really helped.

Kyle and the crew were amazing people to work with. They came and hooked up our movie theater room installed everything. They had very good communication with the drywall guys. Great, great experience. I had them come again when we bought our woofer.

We put off getting the In-Home Consultation for so long. Finally we made time and when we realized the possibilities and the affordability, we went “Buck Wild”. Welcome to our home Nest Thermostats, Ring Doorbell, Alexa echo, 4 Echo dots, 19 Hue LED lights, and something that lets me know if the garage door has been left open for an extended period and allows me to close remotely. Everything we wanted automated is now automated. We’re still getting used to everything and sometimes I fight with Alexa, but it has been such a blessing.

My in-home consultation with Mikie was like going to a high end Resort Spa, I came out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I underwent a remarkable transformation a metamorphosis, if you will, from an ugly no-technology caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly of electronic wizardry. Went to Best Buy to buy a Samsung frame tv. After talking to the Best Buy sales guy he recommended sending out a home advisor and boy was I so happy I did. I end up not only changing from the Samsung frame tv but went with a lg OLED C7 and long with klipsch tower speaker, def tech procenter 1000 center speaker, Russ sound atmos speakers additional sub, Roku device, antenna for locals, new Yamaha aventage receiver and more. I’m so happy that advisor came out and lead me in the right direction. I now have a movie theater in my home!!

Alan was amazing in understanding the entire situation and requests for my TV and soundbar setup above a stone fireplace. He was very knowledgeable in recommending the correct mounts and was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Jake and Brian also did an amazing job with the installation. I would definitely reach out again for additional installation requests.

I needed help with a cooktop replacement. Yvette determined that I only had 3 possibilities without major reconstruction of my kitchen to handle the exhaust. I was in total awe of her knowledge in steering me in the right direction to avoid unnecessary costs.

We needed help with a new TV in our living room and getting it mounted. We also wanted to install a doorbell camera on the front of our home. John who came out to our home was awesome. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and transparent. We love our new TV, soundbar, and Ring cameras.

Prior to our purchase Sales Advisor, Justin Cox, surveyed our home to assure we had everything we needed for the installation. The installation crew was courteous and meticulous with their work. They made sure all our questions and concerns were satisfied before they left or home.

Moved into a new built home and needed advice on Wi-Fi, tv and other tech. Being total tech members made that easy. Tom visited us during our hectic move in and setup to advise us on what we needed to do and buy to truly make our new home a smart home. 5 stars. Would highly recommend!

Hunter is a very dedicated person, not only does he answer any and all questions, I feel he goes above and beyond the call of duty. He not only makes sure you get exactly what you want and need but he also makes sure to get you the best price he can. Plus his nature to follow up on products and consults is what makes him one of the best sales people I e dealt with. Erika has helped me with many projects. She helped me with all of my appliances for my Kitchen remodel during Covid. She has also helped me with appliances, service and installation for a rental unit. She is extremely efficient in what she does, very reliable, a wealth of knowledge and has wonderfully refreshing professionalism.

They shared the accurate measurements with us and much better than Lowe’s ( even though we paid for this Lowe’s measurement service- never shared it)
