Hadn't considered Sonos as a sound option after moving into new home. Wireless option really broadened our range of opportunities and fit ideally into our usage plan (for sound) in the house. Sonos is a great product that, to-date, has lived up to its billing. We will likely add components on to our system to accommodate other rooms.

We are building a new home and wanted to make sure we had the pre-wiring set up for audio/video. Installation was professionally done and on time. We wanted to make sure all the components would be in a separate non-visible area which they accomplished. We are having Best Buy do the post build implementation as well.

Geek squad were pleasant, timely and skilled. Suggested mount would have been visible which was unacceptable to installer but probably would have been acceptable to us. Installer refused to install "unacceptable" mount and ordered another more expensive but did not charge extra because Best Buy consultant error.

so excited for this, and THEN, it took almost 2 WEEKS to get a replacement

I purchased a Bose home theater system w/installation and setup. Geek squad was susposed to do a site visit to determine a installation plan. Instead system was shipped, geek squad showed up for install ,but refused to attempt the install due to difficulty running wires. A 2nd visit resulted in the same. Best buy proceedures were not followed, time wasted, and refund was necessary. Lesson: Don't assume the installers are qualified to do the job. I think my case is special, otherwise the installers appeared to know their job. Just my bad experience. Apologies accepted. I have found a system and installers that will do the installation using another vendor.

On time, courteous and professional. Installer and assistant was very patient in my choice of the right spot to hang the TV. Job was done on time and without the mess of dust and debris. Made valuable suggestion to enhance the look of the TV by hiding all wires and connections in the wall. highly commendable.

Joe & Robby were very respectful of our home when they arrived. They managed to adapt all the necessary wiring to our entertainment center configuration and upgraded all 3rd party services and equipment at the same time. They programed a universal remote to take care of the 4K tv, new 4K BlueRay and other smart-tv functions in one device. They took care of the Bose 5.1 Surround sound setup to optimize the home theater experience for everyone in the room. All and all, they were fantastic to work with.

Oz from geek squard came out and looked at everything made some suggestions we like what he had to say.So we went into the store Oz met us there showed us the product,He was talking about demonstrated it for us and we loved it. We purchased it will recommend the geek squad ito anybody. Great guys knows what they're doing and also knows how to install the product. Jason and Jaun came out and installed The merchandise.Did a great job very happy with the geek squad and Best Buy.

I had Mike and Mike come out from the GeekSquad to talk about what all I wanted. It was very easy to set up the appointment, they called 1 hour before arriving, and answered every question I had. They did not try to force anything on me and had some great suggestions. A day later I got a detailed email quote with all the items that we talked about so I could see them on the bestbuy web site. well worth the $100 to make sure everything would work out and did it ever!

Two guys worked diligently to complete my job. The first attempt rendered a TV that left about an inch of space showing at the bottom. They removed the mounted TV and drilled new holes to hang the TV perfectly. They even managed to hide all the cords and Netflix box discreetly behind the TV. Overall I would say they were professional, highly skilled and possessed the people skills necessary for me to be completely satisfied with the job. That says a lot because I can be a very picky person.

Great info at appt but very poor follow up. Must be an overworked department.

Two guys from the Geek Squad came out over a month ago to review a room at my church where I want to put in an A/V system. My stated budget is $5K. They left promising an email would be forthcoming with recommendations. Try as I might I can't get any response on equipment recommendations. Lots of promise and zero recommendation. I have spoken to at least a half dozen people since the tour. Everyone is nice but no response. I have invested easy 2 to 3 hours phone time with lots of sitting on hold. Frankly I find it amazing and appreciate the opportunity to write this review.

The movie theater was purchased several weeks ago and was installed this week by a member of the Geek Squad. He was a very professional gentleman and installed the sound system, Projection Television, Cable DVD system and a wonderful remote control that controls everything.This is a great addition to our home. We now have true surround sound along with a 110" diagonal screen. We reaaly believe that we are in a movie theater. A wonderful job! Well done!

When buying our home entertainment stereo system, we weren't quite sure what we were looking for. Our Best Buy home consultant listened to our wants and needs and came up with different priced options for us. He took the time to make sure we understood all our options and the differences in the different products and how they would sound. We wound up buying what he put together for us and we couldn't be happier! The system totally fits our family's lifestyle and needs. Thank you Best Buy!

Techs arrived within the prescribed timeframe. They inquired about the exact placement if the TV and made suggestions based on room lighting and reflections. They wore shoe coverings to keep my floors clean and cleaned and vacuumed the installation area when finished. They then provided the necessary training to ensure I could operate every function of my new TV and surround system. They left their business contact info for any follow-up questions I might have.

When I paid as much as I did for the TV, i was suprised that the cost of installation was SO high. I wanted another TV moved (from my former house) and they were going to have to charge me another $100 to take it down, then I had to move it, then they would charge me ANOTHER $300 to put it up.

The service was great, but it was very expensive. The value was average.

Geek squad came to house reviewed what we wanted sent us a proposal, we had one follow up call to discus our options. We were going to meet at the magnolia store to make our purchases and so far two weeks later I am unable to get the geek squad to call me back and set up a appointment.

I've come to best buy in home installation 2 times now and they continue to go above and beyond what is asked. We purchased 4 - 42" Sharp tv's and 3 -50" Sharp tv's....along with 4 blue ray players for our church. The staff are super easy to work with and I will be back again for our next project. Thanks!!!

Robert came out and reviewed my media room. He answered all my questions and discussed various options. We met at a BestBuy location and he demonstrated the equipment and showed me the differences in various levels of quality, audio and video. I got a detailed quote, which was updated several times, based on further discussions. Had to wait each time for headquarters to approve the revisions. Once the bid was finalized, installation could not be scheduled for three weeks.
