Great product, horrible shipping speed!

Only issue was it took forever to get it! Just a cell phone SIM card which I paid shipping for took almost a month to receive, and I'm in the USA too!

Great deal if you only want a standby phone
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You can get a free service after 1 month's trial but you have to remember to downgrade the plan to free 1 day before your trial is expired otherwise they will charge you the fee and another premium service which you have really read the email they sent to you when you activate the service

Free mobile plan

CAUTION not as described!

I was hoping this was an upgrade to my existing service but found out it is not. It is the same Global SIM kit they give away for free. It only supports 3G and includes 200MB of data. This is NOT as described. If that's what you want I can highly recommend it as I've been happy with their existing services. But VERY disappointed at Best Buy for failing to advertise it correctly.

Inexpensive calling, text and data.

I'm not sure how complete the coverage network is. I'm also not sure how long FreedomPop will be around. They use Sprint's network on GSM. Time will tell.

I expected better from BestBuy!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed with this company, I thought I will get 200 minutes talk time over cellular and 500 texts over cellular but after installating the SIM card and not working I did some reading and found out all that can only be over wifi. Also expected better description from BestBuy! Waist of time and money!
