Wow! This air conditioner really lives up to its name "Ultra Quiet"!! It's amazing, Installation was easy. The company provides in the box: foam, tape-backed foam, and tape strips to insulate. Truly fantastic performance! Efficient! Super quiet. Dehumidifies air also. I don't want to leave my home office anymore! Easily cools a 20x12 space. Freo is going to explode in the market with these units. Nice design, LOVE the remote!! I would highly recommend this unit! We're already talking about replacing our Living/Family Room Haier and master bedroom Frigidaire.

I bought the 6000 BTU AC for my 200 sq ft bedroom and discovered this is the most AMAZING AC. Just as the name says, it is genuinely an ultra-quiet AC with the fan on high and virtually no noise on low. Seriously! And no compressor on and off sounds. The unit cooled my bedroom from 74 degrees to 64 degrees in less than 30-minutes. Since I installed it, I've set and left it on eco and auto mode — I never hear the unit come on or off. My old AC was too loud to even think about using Eco or auto mode. I plan to replace all our AC's with a Freo unit then my whole family can get a quiet sleep while being cool. It shipped and arrived in 3 business days via UPS, with no damaged or even a rip on the box. It was bigger and heavier than expected, but I bought it for its quietness, which has proven its worth. The Freo Ultra Quiet Window AC is the best quiet window AC for the bedroom. Buy one!

Outstanding AC Unit. Whisper Quiet, and super efficient !!! Has a Dry Air feature that will take out the humidity or overly damp air. Takes care of my entire house, even though it's for a smaller space, it really is wonderful. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone ! Also has a very nice, sleek design. Sincerely Love this Unit !!!

I have a spacious 3 room apartment and this ac is keeping every room comfortable. I found it easy to install, (good directions), and have it running for a couple of weeks. It is quiet compared to others I have owned.

Best AC I have ever had. It's quiet and you can turn off the light. I use it for my bedroom and it gets nice and cold.

This air-conditioned is so much better then i was It's expecting it's so quiet and does a good job Cooling our spare bedroom.

Very quiet, but the functionality makes no sense. Does not "remember" settings once turned off. Customer service is decent. They sent me two replacements due to damage each time. Whomever designed and engineered this unit should be fired. Not intuitive at all. It constantly turns off in "eco" mode and you have to turn off eco mode everytime. Same for the follow me function. Terrible configuration. I see that Best Buy no longer carries this item. Its clear as to why.

Air conditioner does not maintain the current temperature setting if you set it at 72 it'll go all the way to 80 before it kicks on and then never get back down to 72 you have to keep it several degrees below the temperature that you actually want just to maintain that temperature like One reviewer said the air conditioner has a mind of its own even with the follow me function on the remote makes no bearing on maintaining temperature setting.

Never had a chance to try it out. The whole front was completely smashed in. Looked like it was thrown from a speeding truck. I hear its a great AC but i'll never know.
