I hadn’t seen the movie in a very long time and watching it again was wonderful! Great actresses and actors. It tells a wonderful story.

This is a great and endearing movie about friendship and reminds us that young and old, we all can connect at a deep level. What stands out the most is the acting for all the actors in this movie especially Kathy Bates. It's an adaptation from a novel and this movie absolutely did that justice. Prepare to have your handkerchiefs ready because it's also a tearjerker movie but in a great way!

My favorite film in an extended version! I had no idea an extended version existed. Fantastic story, great characters and great acting. Absolutely a must see it see again!!! The transaction was great, the price for the film was good the shipping was quick and great! Do it!

You need this DVD for your classic films collection. It stars two of my favorite actresses and is a view back into a simpler time in America. The well-written script and outstanding production will underscore why this film is one that portrays the humor, tragedy, and strengths of life in the South.

Fried Green Tomatoes is one of my favorite movies, I love Jessica Tandy and Kathy Bates they are both excellent in this movie, it is both funny and sad. My favorite part is when Kathy Bates character looses her parking spot and how she gets even I think we all would like to do that sometimes. "To Wanda."

I ordered movies, music and a printer cartridge. They all arrived securely packaged, which I really appreciated because it was pouring rain that day. I was very pleased that everything arrived on time and was exactly as described on the Best Buy website. Thank you, Best Buy!!

This was a gift for my brother-in-law who is in a nursing home and watches this movie several times a day. His copy was wearing out, and he was delighted with this version. He says that the picture is so very clear, so much better than the version he had before.

I bought this item as a surprise for my wife to watch on a plane trip we were taking together. I prefer blu-ray format for my movies but we only have a portable DVD player which is what we use on our flights. The extras are average at best but was well worth the $5 I spent to get it on sale.

I loved this movie...why did I think it was a comedy when I purchased it? It has soul, meaning, heart..the acting is wonderful and it held me captive the whole movie...I highly recomend it..I'll watch it every year now! (Or more)

I have loved this movie since I was a kid. I decided it needed to be added to our DVD collection. Found it in the $5 bin at Best Buy and thought it was a great purchase! Anyone who watches this movie will not be disappointed!

I love this movie - especially Kathy Bates. One of my favorite scenes is when Kathy crashes into the car of those rude girls who took her parking space. Haven't we all felt like that? Wouldn't we all like to do just that!
