Such a fun film love Colin Farrells portrayal of jerry not better then the original but a good time

Colin Farrell, David Tennant, Imogen Poots, the late, great Anton Yelchin and McLovin make this movie so much fun to watch.

Good movie a good remake. I like what they did with it it’s still holds up.

An updated version to the original 1985 classic that was directed by Tom Holland. Anton Yelchin played a good part in the lead role as Charlie and Colin Farrell was very cool as the vampire Jerry Dandridge.

Very unusual a remake even comes close to the quality of an original film but this movie holds it's own. Cameo from the original Jerry is also cute.

The original Fright Night is the best - cheesy yes and the remake is more modern gore, they both work

A good remake of the original 1985 film with Roddy McDowell. This remake has David Tennant in his role. Basically the same plot with a few twists.

Was a really interesting story and the actors they chose were excellent and perfect location for a vampire to hide in plain sight. Had some laughs to break up some tension of the movie.

There's a lot to like about this remake, but at the end of the day it's not better than the original. It has a very good cast and does some clever things in updating the source material, but at the end of the day feels a little too slick and polished, lacking most of the goofy charm of the original movie. It's fine, but not something I'd revisit as much as the 1985 Fright Night.
