I was able to return it without a problem. I will be a loyal to Best Buys but don't intend purchasing anything from Frigidare again. I only went to them because of an appliance my family had for multiple generations. I was solely disappointed with the whole experience.

I used this microwave probably 3 times before it just stopped heating things. It worked, then all of a sudden it didn't. Once I took it back to the store to exchange, the employee working in the small appliances said they get them returned all the time.

I've been using it for a couple of months and it's worked perfectly. My plates fit in it fine, and it's easy to use.
