Well, this piece is more than enough for a huge living room, dinning room and kitchen. And we do not even set it to the lowest temperature. What a great investment!

That one had worked well for one summer and this one is good also for the one month being used, with some days of ''real feel'' of 90+ degree with high humidity in nyc.Happy Dance! so far..will update.

I was expecting this to freeze my apartment as the lower btu one did a good job, but to my surprise i didn't notice any difference. The unit works and keeps me cool so im giving it 3 stars as it doesn't feel like an upgrade from my old unit.

It does a great job! The kitchen still gets hot when the oven is on, but thats because the oven is just really hot. The air conditioner works great and the economy setting is great for saving energy!
