There are several fiddly bits that this window unit has that can be annoying on setup. It has 2 strips for top and bottom to try to seal the window tighter, some pieces of "insulation" for the wings that fill out the window wings, and a plastic ruler. That said it does keep my room comfortable.

It's a great product with awesome features especially the remote. It's above and beyond of what I expected.

Did some brief research before picking up a window unit for our upstairs bedroom. Best buy had stock and was same price as other competitor. Ordered online and picked up in store...painless. Grabbed the additional bracket support. Perfect fit. Installed unit and only ok performance. Bought slightly oversized based on dimensions combined with some energy deficiencies from an older cape cod. Cools room ok, but rarely reaches temps desired. Much noisier than I expected. Would not purchase again if I had to redo. Actually want to look into exchanging for another unit and email prompted me to review.

This AC did not fit in the window it was intended for in my living room, so I had to put it in a smaller bedroom and its too powerful, so it gets too cold right away.

I purchased this AC back in 2016 and 2 years later it started making this horrible loud noise! I live in the floor and if the AC is on I can hear it once I get to the second floor!

Like the features and the light weight. Just got started using my new device. Had an initial problem, It was my fault but Geek Squad was eager to help and they did. I'll be search to seek out Best Buy on my next electronic / digital purchase.

No one every wants to replace a product this big but I'm glad I did. The new model is so much more worth it then having the fix the 10-year-old one I had, and the ionizer is impressive! No bad smell anywhere!

One does't expect particularly low noise from a 10k unit. This one is more than acceptable. The cooling capacity is also more than acceptable. I'm pleased.

Bought this to replace my 70 year old through the wall air conditioner. It is good.. doesn't really get the room cold on really hot days unless left on over night. But it does the trick.

Air conditioner cools the living room and dining room very effectively. It was easy to install and came with all necessary items to weather proof the surrounding window.
