This unit definately cools well and is fairly quiet. The remote is handy when adjusting temp. It is a heavy unit, so get help to lift and install.

Cools as it should, but is rather noisy, especially when on energy saver when it goes on and off every 10 minutes. I have to change the volume on the TV every time.

Cools our entire 600 Sq ft cottage, more than it says it will. Very energy efficient, 1st electric bill way less than this time last year.

All I can say, is that, this product is excellent, bit noisy, but overall, it fulfill its purpose, our apartment gets cold enough for the summer

Best Buy had the best price around. Unit does great at keeping my living area cool, especially with the unexpected heat wave. No issues so far.

This a/c unit is a bit noisy but it cools two adjoining rooms about 412 square feet pretty well at not full power. Good price for the unit too.

Great window unit, not real heavy, blows lots of cold air. Only downfall was i did drill an extra drain hole because the bottom pan wouldnt drain

Situated at the foot of the mountains on property full of pines and oaks, we've never really needed an air conditioner in the past. This summer turned out to be one of the hottest ones I could remember. Shopped around and found this unit at a price that was competitive. The shipping was quick, and the installation was straight forward. The room we are using this in is a bit larger than it's maximum size, but the unit has no problem bringing the temperature down to a comfortable level.

Works great specially on the very hot month like August. The noise is a little bit loud but it sure can do its job

Small compact unit that cools my bedroom very quickly. On low fan speed there is very little white noise.

The 10,000 BTU Frigidaire AC that we bought is an excellent value. It easily cools my living room and we often have to raise the temperature because it actually gets cold at times. My living room is on the south side of the house and gets very hot. The price was right for this unit. It is relatively quiet, but not completely silent. Very pleased with this purchase.
