i like the refrigerator but its a lil too small inside

Very small. I’m 5’2” and taller than the fridge. Did not expect it to be as small as it is. Literally have to get on knees to get to bottom shelf and drawer.

Unit has had issue since it was new in October 2023.
Have had two separate Electrolux servicers out 2x each and they can't fix it.
Geek Squad has been useless - first call the guy said no issue (one cold setting, the coldest and everything freezes), the second time servicer claimed to have tried to contact me without success...that's bunk. Stayed home all day waiting for them to show up.
Worst customer service experience of my not-so-short life. Had to go out and buy a second refrigerator after the unit was plugged in for two weeks It's now been six months.

This fridge is beyond horrible. We have been jsimg it for less than a month and neither fridge or freezer works. I have never seen a fridge break so quickly.
Frigidaire takes their sweet time, over a week later the technician basically tells us the fridge is a lemon.
Called Frigidaire, they operare just like the fridge, trash.
They think we will wait 2 weeks for a new fridge.
Proceed at your own risk but I definitely will not be buying this fridge again and nor buying Frigidaire

Product came damaged. Tried customer support, tried calling store directly. No help whatsoever. Horrible customer service and now I am stuck with damaged item.

I’m just a few months out of my one year warranty and the door isn’t sealing closed anymore.

If dirt or debris is preventing your fridge door from sealing properly, all you have to do is give it a thorough (but gentle) cleaning. Use warm soapy water and a soft dishcloth to carefully wipe down the gasket and the surface it seals against. Take care to gently open the folds of the gasket to remove any crumbs. Terrible Installation

Terrible installation. Crew came in to install all of our kitchen appliances, and ended up flooding our kitchen. Didn’t check to make sure things like fridge and dishwasher were hooked up properly, and destroyed a lot of the plumbing in the kitchen which we then had to pay out of pocket to have a plumber come fix. Would be very skeptical about the crews coming in to install your appliances, make sure you watch them triple check EVERYTHING.

File a Complaint w/ BBB to get BestBuy's attention

I ordered my fridge on 1/9/24 and still don't have it. My experience with Best Buy has been horrible - until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then people started paying attention though I don't have a fridge yet. Supposedly it is coming tomorrow 2/3 but I have been cancelled on last minute twice so far.
