Bought this to cool a 450 square ft. Space. It's more than capable of bringing the temperature down within minutes of turning it off and also quieter than my old one

Not much to say strong and ultra quiet comes with everything you need to install it. Energy saver coned gave me a $30 on top of it all. Frigidaire can't be beat.

I've had quite a few window units in my life, and this is the best by far. I got it just to cool the living room (20' x 18'), but it also completely cools the attached dining room and side parlor - and even brings down the temp in the kitchen. Amazing frigid air output! The only reason I didn't give it five star is that it's a monster to install. We had to hire two men to come to install it and it took them three hours to do it. I could never in a million years have done it on my own. So, you definitely want to add upwards of $200 to the price for the installation. BUT. Worth every penny.

Gets the living room cold fast. Easy to install but you need two people cause this unit is heavy.I like the remote having a built in temp reading

The house is a Cape Cod style and the old 12k AC was barely working. At the time AC units were becoming scarce in the stores and Best Buy had a 12k unit available locally, but then I saw the 15k Frigidaire on the floor at a bargain price. Installation was a little involved because I had to install brackets. The unit cools the whole downstairs. Remote sensing is nice as I can set the remote a distance away and it maintains the temperature according to where I place the remote.

Worth it for a big living room covers my kitchen too. For the price is great but takes patients and help to put up.

I purchased this window unit for my mom's I believe it's 1,200 square foot row home. I started to purchase a 20,000 - 25,000 BTU unit to ensure that the entire downstairs stayed cool however a friend who does home improvement said she wouldn't need one that powerful. I had the unit installed in the living room window and keep the temp on low. This unit cools the living room, dining room and all the way back to the kitchen wonderfully. We are very pleased!

Impressed by the quiet. Impressed by the cooling ability without strain. Heavy to put in, so you will need two people unless you are strong. This is so quiet I forget it is on! It is easily cooling 75% of the house on the economy setting. We do use a fan to push the air from one room to next. Our house is a 100 yr old house on pier & beam. Have not received elec bill yet so can't comment there. Will update. So far, I'm thrilled and chilled.

This unite is amazing quiet and cooled 3 rooms in a small amount of time love it .

if you dont like the hot weather, you need to get this, this AC is very strong and will have your house cool.

I have been buying Frigidaire window units for years. They can get mildew in them, but they cool great

My purchase was mostly driven by the fit (dimensions) but the reviews sold me. This is a very solid unit for the size and keeps a rather large room that isn't isolated (has halls and attached dining area) cool and comfortable. The remote is a nice feature that includes a temp sensor so you can set it for the area you want cool as opposed to the area around the unit. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I Love this unit. It is extremely cold and its not loud and works amazing

It iseems awesome. It cools down a room in no time (literally under 10 minutes). It has multiple functions which can assure that in hit humid days I can come home to a cool apartment. Was worried about first electronic bill and it only went up 11 dollars and I have it on for half the daily.
