This item never arrived, I purchased in store with delivery scheduled for the next week. The delivery date arrived and passed, don’t bother calling customer service, although friendly enough they aren’t really connected to the store and have limited information. Seems the item was back ordered and not available for weeks. Best Buy did refund however they are still asking me to provide a review :(. One star is too good.

My refrigerator was purchased on July 11. Upon delivery it was noticed that two of the baskets on the French doors were defective. I have not received the correct ones as of October 4. There seems to be confusion when or if these were actually ordered! Each time I check, a different answer is given for the delay.

Compressor Blew after 1.5 hr of install. 1.5 hr + with customer service. Then told me it was back ordered till late January. The fridge was deliveried on Dec 4. I asked for it to be fully returned. I verfied I wouldnt see anything on my bill. ( I paid for removal move of my old fridge to my garage and to replace the existing water hose (recommended) 3 days later Best Buy did not refund me back the costs of removal & move of my old fridge back into house and still charged me for the water hose on the broken fridge they installed. I called Visa Best Buy and to intiate a dispute. Just got a letter today they wont compensate the extra charges I occured. $123.27 they left me with, to pay for delivering a broken then back ordered fridge. Best Buy lost my business for good and I'll spread the word, being a hairdresser.

I received a defective fridge which made a startlingly loud buzzing/rattling sound. I had a very poor customer service experience with the return process and was charged fees for the return even though I received a bad unit and was told I would not be charged for the return. I was also charged for parts I never even received. I will never buy from Best Buy or recommend anyone get appliances through them based on my experience. I called at least five times to try to correct the situation (passed around multiple times each time) and no one on the customer service team could route my call to anyone who could help. I understand things can happen with appliances, but the customer should be made whole when this happens, and that was not my experience.

Bad experience with Best Buy

First fridge delivered did not work and install team broke my water valve. Second fridge is working fingers crossed. I lost a whole fridge worth of food and ended up with a $2300 plumbing bill to repair Damage to valve. Customer service sucked. I opened two property damage complaints and both got rejected. The only reason I know they were rejected is because I called for status. No one called me. Go figure. I will never purchase another item from Best Buy. They lost me as a customer. Expensive lesson learned all the way around. I hope this fridge actually lasts.
