This frig is great except for one little thing. The two shelves in the door no one could put them in. The really great delivery guys tried everything. I got one in but the other one will not go in. I tried Frigidaire help and died on hold. The frig is fantastic except…

I intended to buy this refrigerator from Home Depot and somebody told me to check with y’all and I didn’t think it was possible because Home Depot was completely out and low and behold I walked in there and the dude said it would be delivered by Saturday. I was thrilled to death to be told that as it was a gift for my 85-year-old mother the gentleman was very helpful and I will be going back to Best Buy. Great great experience.

Very nice product. Do think should've been wrapped for delivery though. Slight dent mark on
freezer handle I do not recall seeing up on purchase though. Price was pretty good.

My Frigidaire 17.6 Cu. Ft. Counter-Depth French Door Refrigerator in Stainless Steel has been a source of frustration. The constant water leakage not only damaged my kitchen floor but also created a mess. On top of that, the refrigerator produced irritatingly loud noises, disrupting the peace at home. To add to the woes, the freezer had issues with air gaps, resulting in frozen ice buildup. This combination of water leaks, noise disturbances, and freezer problems makes me regret choosing this model. Not recommended and I ended up returning it.

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever

There is an issue with this fridge that prompted me to return it. The whole left side of the fridge in my unit is exposed, and while the side view presented on this site doesn't show it, you can see the "innards" of the fridge that are exposed on the backside of the fridge when viewing it from the side. It's an eyesore, and it is falsely advertised, since you can't see the issue on the website. Everything else about it is fine, so if you don't have the side of your fridge exposed, you should be fine.
The bigger problem is how awful trying to return this has been. Here's a list of how the returns process has gone down so far:
-The customer support line hung up on me about 10 times, including when I was put on HOLD after talking with someone.
-I tried text support, since the phone system wasn't working. The whole process was slow and took over 30min to complete.
-They couldn't do an exchange, since like models were on back order and couldn't come until Nov. I can't wait that long. At least we were able to setup the return, and I could purchase a new fridge from a different site.
- The return appointment was setup and then summarily cancelled about 4 different times with no explanation. Fixing the issue required me to call into customer support every time, and every time, it kept getting cancelled. Not only that, they had to push by the pick-up date, which was very inconvenient to me, as it requires me to be on site for the pick-up, which is 45min away from my home.
This is still unresolved. The issue can't be fixed in their system, so they're escalating it to my local field team to try to resolve it and will try to do it on my original pick-up day. At this point, this has wasted hours of my life, and it is still not resolved. I'm never buying from Best Buy again.
