I bought this refrigerator because it was highly rated by a consumer magazine. Best Buy had a great price for it with free delivery. When delivery came the hinge was on the right side and I asked the deliveryman to change the hinge to the left side. After that the top and bottom doors and the gaskets did not line up, which I pointed out to the deliveryman who said to wait a couple days for the gaskets to "relax". After a couple days the doors still did not line up. I called Best Buy who, said they would order another refrigerator with factory installed hinges on the left. After multiple missed delivery attempts, the next refrigerator came with the hinges on the right too, but the deliveryman changed them to the left and this time the doors and gaskets lined up acceptably. The deliveryman was unfamiliar with the leveling procedure but with my help we got it leveled OK with my cell phone application. I did not buy the icemaker option however I think the freezer should have come with ice cube trays.

I purchased this frig to replace my 20 year old one which seemed to run all the time. The design of this frig is very nice and there is a lot of room. The only con is that is makes a notice when the compressor goes on and the gas runs through the line and converts to a liquid. It only lasts a few seconds. Haven't owned it long enough to see if my electric bill goes down since it is an energy star product..

I went through two of these units and both had cooling problems. Even on the coldest setting the refrigerator would not cool below 40. The freezer was constantly above 0. I did like the style/design and well as the LED lights.

This time after the replacement refrigerator was delivered and the door hinge was switched to the left side by the deliveryman the door gaskets looked like they would seal properly and the top and bottom doors lined up better. It would have been great if the door hinge could be ordered on the left from the factory. I think the freezer should have basic ice cube trays/bin included even if the optional ice maker is not ordered.

Perfect look, super spacious, beautiful in our kitchen. Does not take much space

Purchased the floor model. Works great, lots of room.

Horrible finish scratches easily and looks awful. Two tone side and front don't match well. Overall quality low end and not worth the purchase in my opinion. Would not have if I had taken a little more time to research. Disappointed.

This Frigidaire refrigerator is full of wonderful features. With the smudge proof stainless steel exterior and beautiful design it looks great too. Plus it is Energy Star rated.

I had some drama on delivery, but the refrigerator itself is a no nonsense unit. Nothing fancy, but very practical.

Fits well in a small NYC apartment kitchen. No fingerprint is true, stays clean. Good capacity. Temp is easily regulated. Fits large items well. No issues after 2 years.

The fridge is very noisy when it runs and it seems to run often. It does have a nice finish and fits well in our space.

Great fridge for garage under $800 plus financingd

I got this fridge nearly three months ago, right off the bat the fridge lights didnt work and the fridge sran full blast non-stop. Even at the lowest setting temperature everything in the fridge was frozen in 24 hours. We called Fridgedaire directly. they wouldn't replace but instead sent a technician, a week later, despite knowing the issues with the fidge he didn't have any parts with him. He said he will order a new board for it. Two weeks later hes back, puts the board in and no improvement. Tech says there is a second board that controls the thermostat be the problem he didnt have that one with him so we had to wait another three weeks for him to come back, he puts this second board in and still nothing was fixed. At that point he said the fridge cant be fixed but a different technician has to come in and confirm. So here we are nearly three months without a working firdge (which never worked) . Meanwhile Ive been calling fridgedaire explaining we need a working fridge and its not getting resolved, fridgedair will not replace it, they just send a technician every few weeks to basically do nothing. Ive lost $100's of dollars in lost food, electric bill is through the roof because the fridge wont stop running full blast and Ive had to take 4 days off work becase the fridgedaire tech gives a 6 hours window for when they'll come. Maybe I got a dud and its an isolated case but that does not excuse this level of customer service. Its a new fridge that doesnt work, I shouldnt have to wait 9 month to be able to keep food in the house.

Keeps my food cold. and also my drinks. it also freezes cats very well and throughly

The items inside the refrigerator were dropping the temperature below safe temperature zone.
