    This was purchased as a secondary unit to be kept in my garage. It’s been great. Keeps everything cold just as needed. Great price.

    I bought a Frigidaire brand refrigerator from Best Buy Best Buy is great nothing against them for Frigidaire has given me so much trouble not replacing a bad second refrigerator that they gave me I have photos of corrosion burnt marks on the back as if it was serviced before that is what one of the service technicians said I've had a total of four Representatives here to look at my refrigerator it's supposed to be brand new they keep sending technicians to check it out saying things like oh that was just sloppy manufacturers Department work I do not recommend Frigidaire brand sorry I heard LG is the best

    Like the fridge, but the salesman, Liviston lied when he said the delivery guys could not move the handle from the left to the right side. He said it had to be done at the factory, and charged us an extra $70 to have the handles moved, and it also delayed the delivery date. Fridge arrived with the handle on the left, and the delivery guys moved it to the right, no problem. I hate being lied to. I think you should refund our $70. It makes us want to go elsewhere for our appliances.

    My review is really 3.5 stars. I wish I had seen this in person because it is a tad bit smaller than I wanted. I was slightly irritated because I clearly expressed to the salesperson that I wanted the model with the icemaker and it did not have an icemaker. Also, 5 months into me owning it, it died. Luckily still under manufacturer's warranty so they came out to fix it, but it took a week.

    It works fine, compact size is good, the bottom shelf is so close to floor, it's not easy for older people, I don't use it if it can be avoided

    1 year, 1 month, 3 weeks and the refrigerator went out. Highly suggest getting the extended warranty. Best Buy would not do anything to help. Their refrigerators are very poorly built and will not last.

    Put this fridge in our garage. Works fine however everytime you close the refrigerator door the freezer door pops open.

    After three attempts, decided to upgrade to a different refrigerator since this model was defective. Both doors were scraping and scratching against each other. It took a whole month before the final refrigerator was delivered.

    This refrigerator has never run well from the start. The seal of the freezer door pops open when you close the bottom door. We had to always check that this didn't happen.Now it's stopped working completely.

    Warranty means no refrigerator for over a month

    This refrigerator stopped cooling 6 months after purchase. Since it has a manufacturer's warranty, I am forced to go through Frigidaire for resolution before my Best Buy protection plan goes into effect. Frigidaire's process has been to send a repair person out 4 times and the refrigerator keeps breaking down. After a month of this very frustrating process, Frigidaire now says they need to send another repair person out for a second opinion before deciding to do a replacement.

    It's very noisy when the compressor runs and the delivery was an absolute nightmare. They delivered to my old address the 1st time so it got rescheduled to the new address a week later and they barely wanted to even haul the fridge into my kitchen, they wanted to leave it in my driveway! They left all the stickers and plastic wrap on it. What ever happen to best buy customer service?????
