I ordered two appliances a month prior to my delivery date, both of which I confirmed delivery with multiple people in store, through the customer service line, and online multiple times regarding delivery date and time. Each time I was promised the arrival date as scheduled was in progress, items on a delivery truck and in route. Neither item arrived as scheduled, both were on back order, which was never communicated with me at any point during purchase or confirmation of delivery until after the delivery window was closed. The customer service hotline is provided no information and told to make promises that they are unable to keep. In store is the only way to speak with anyone with actual information and their control over the process is zero. This is a massive breakdown in logistics, communication, and professionalism. Do not recommended. Run fast and run far if you have any kind of schedule to keep or value your own time. Best Buy corporate should be ashamed at the level of service ability they allow their on the ground employees and customer service to work with and their logistics manager should be fired.

And is it then a garage ready ?

There are no wheeled shelving units or bins that could break, but there are slide-in bins that are easy to remove, allowing for thorough cleaning without any crevices. This unit is highly recommended.
