I love this product. It makes quite a bit of noise, but it is great. Love the ice chips.

a good ice machine so far. In my opinion it doesnt make enough ice for the price, but it does make it fairly quick.

Best ice machine I’ve owned. Very impressed. I highly recommend. The build quality is fantastic. I’m using a bathmat to catch any fly out ice.I have a paper towel down checking for leaks. It’s been 5 days cranking out ice, and no leaks yet. Machine is very quite compared the the insignia brand. The top fill reservoir helps keep the machine cranking out ice.

Not worth the price! Make ice very slowly and leaks around the plug that holds the water in the reservoir. Does not keep ice frozen so by the time you have enough ice for a drink it is very watery.

I have had this ice maker about a month, overall I’m happy with it. I like having the nugget ice available all the time. It seems to make a lot of ice quickly. I haven’t had a problems with the ice melting into one bug block or melting in general. It does stick to get her some but can be easily broken up with a tap with the scoop. My very expensive Samsung fridge ice maker freezes up so this is my alternative fix vs spending more money on a new fridge for the time being. I only have a few things I’d say that I don’t like but I can live with. It is noisy. But you get use to it. It’s big so it takes up quite a bit of counter space. I wish it would slide back under my kitchen cabinets. The drawer that holds the ice can be a little tight to scoop out of. I wish I could hook up a water line directly to it. Overall a good nugget Ice machine for half the price of an opal.

This ice maker is awesome makes lots of ice and is pretty fast when making the ice, the nuggets are perfect. The only downside is it can be a little loud, when making the ice but I definitely recommend it not make ice makers do this or do it well, this one does

Initially I loved the ice, very loud, ez cleaning until 6 months later and the icemaker started eating itself. Once we took off the housing, the insides were melted and chunks of plastic were trying to go thru where the ice spits thru to the basket. $260 for approximately 6 months. Ive been punked!

I think it is an exceptional product for the money. The drawback is that it is on the taller side so it didn’t fit under my cabinets but it’s fine I bought a little stand for it to sit on. The ice is superb quality and it doesn’t take a long time make a decent amount. The other drawback is that it doesn’t keep the ice cold so I had to buy bags to store it in my freezer in but aside from that I love it

Stopped working after only a few months. Was using tap water, but did the self cleaning once a week and cleaned the tubes and reservoirs regularly. Did not seem to drain completely from the back. Front door constantly leaked and the shallow spill tray was useless, needed to use a silicone dish mat plus a towel. Definitely not worth the money!

Worked great for 1 year. Then shredded black pieces were in the ice. Could not replace due to unavailability. Ordered a different brand.

I have had the unit abput 1 month. It only gets 4 stars because the ice that is dispensing doesn stay cold and will melt. The ice for the price is as good as it gets. Not quite sonic or chic-Fil-A but better than anything else you can buy. Its easy, convenient and produces ice quicker than others I have had. The hardest part is adding water to the container whoch is straightforward but could be easier.

I love my nugget ice maker...I only use distilled water to avoid calcium build up. This ice maker is relatively easy to clean. My grandson loves getting a cup of "grandma ice" to just chew unlike when I had my bullet ice maker

For the most part absolutely amazing. Something. I have always wanted. Its family favorite. Only problem i had is when it started to clean istelf the tubes were loose and i had to get a little wrench amd tighten it because water went everywhere. Other than that.. great!

This machine is amazing! Ice is always available when it's needed. My neighbor often comes over to get ice now instead of going to Sonic.

Love this guy! It makes ice pretty quick. I have read that it’s loud, since I’m deaf, that isn’t a problem. It’s bigger than our previous machine, it doesn’t fit on countertop do it’s height.

This is by far my favorite thing we own. The ice is perfect chewing ice. It is quiet. I wish it kept the ice cold so it didn’t melt and that it recycled the water from the melted ice.

The ice is very small and easy to eat, like described. Purchased as a gift for my wife. She uses it almost everyday and seems to like it alot. So far so good.
