This Frigidaire refrigerator is exactly what we wanted. The rollers made it incredibly easy to put in place and we can't be happier with the amount of food we are able to place in it. The gallon-milk sized holders in the door make things a lot easier.

We have had the refrigerator for a little less then 3 years. The ice maker has had to be replaced. freezer stopped working and it had to be reset. fan in the freezer stopped working. I would stay away from this one.

I bought this fridge to replace a top/bottom Frigidaire that I had for 11 years. My old Frigidaire stopped cooling properly so I figured it was time for a new one. I originally wasn't going to go with Frigidaire, but the other one I wanted was too big for my enclose and this Frigidaire was the only one in my price range that would fit. What originally drew me to this unit was the color. I like the stainless steel look and is a nice upgrade to the bland white one I had before. Keep in mind the stainless steel look is only on the front and handles; the rest of unit is black. This doesn't bother me as my range and dishwasher also have the same color pattern. I am really enjoying the extra space the side by side provides verses my old top/bottom unit, especially in the freezer. Even with the ice maker in the top of the freezer section, I still seem to have more space than before. The water dispenser saves me money from not having to buy bottled water anymore and the ice maker eliminates the inconvenience of having to use ice trays. I have had this unit for about 8 months now and so far no mechanical issues. However there are a couple of annoying things with this model. First when dispensing ice, it is kind of messy when using crushed ice. When getting crushed ice, little ice particles spray out everywhere in addition to going in your glass. It can get quite messy and it happens every single time. Its not as bad as having to use a mop everytime, but small ice particles WILL get on the floor. In my case the ice shards are so small, that I usually just let them dry on their own after they hit the floor, or if I have a paper towel handy I just pick them up. Its a minor annoyance, but not a big deal for me. Second when using it for crushed ice, it is obnoxiously loud. Getting crushed ice from this refrigerator is so loud that it completely drowns out the sound of the TV in the living area and completely distracts me when I'm trying to work on the computer at home. I absolutely hate that sound and it is extremely annoying. This is my biggest complaint about the refrigerator. While the sound of the refrigerator making ice is kind of loud, it is NOTHING compared to actually getting crushed ice out of it. I got this refrigerator on sale for $999 so I think I got a good deal on it. If it weren't for the loud sound of getting crushed ice, I would have given it a higher rating. I wouldn't pay much more than I did for this fridge though. Recommended only when its on sale.

When you press the button for water through the door, water runs from beneath the fridge. Having to have tech come out to repair. Such a hassle for a new product.

Fridge is great, works like a champ, no issues at all with the fridge. Good amount of space in both the fridge and freezer space. The issue we had with the install is they chipped my the top of our counter tops when installing it. They laid the fridge down on top of the counter and took a quarter size chunk out of our counter. The delivery guys were yelling at each other. We are working with the claims department right now, hopefully they are easier to deal with.

I had a small space with limited choices. It was taller than my last one and so it's bigger inside. I like the glass shelves. I put a lazy susan in it to easier reach items in the back. It is not loud and has been working perfectly until the ice maker broke right after 13 months. It was $230 to replace it so either see if the warranty is worth purchasing or consider the price of the ice maker when you're purchasing. I still like the refrigerator and especially like the black color. It cleans up nicely and the drawers are sturdier than my last fridge.

looks great plenty room not the most quit at times

It"s a great refrigerator, we got it in black to match the rest of the appliances. Great price! Only thing is we had to wait almost 2 1/2 wks before it was deliver because of the size we needed. The size of the space was 33 inches wide. Don't keep those sizes in stock. But other wise it's perfect!

Overall this is a decent fridge. While it is not on the level of higher end LG or Samsung fridge's, it gets the job done. Some positive things was the price at the time as well as ease of use. However, this fridge icemaker is noisy and it has a habit of shooting ice out like a cannon sometimes. If they improve these to things then this fridge would be a great value.

I needed a refridgerator with less width that the conventional ones on the floor at Bestbuy. The sales guy brought it to my attention that some models came in a 33" width with the same features. I found this one and it fills the hole and the need.

I have had this fridge for 4 years and have had nothing but problems with it. Ice maker stopped working after a year and I always have problems with the temperature. Freezer always goes from 6 to 36. Fridge goes from 36 to 55. Milk/cheese always goes bad after a few days. I have spent more money on repair people then I have on the fridge already. I would highly recommend people invest more money into a better brand.
