We recommend you use rinse aid, Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance. Disappointing

In fact, I wish I had my old broken dishwasher back at this point. Dishes have to be separated so far apart to actually get washed that it limits the size of the load you can wash. The top rack is essentially useless and cleans nothing. It takes up good space from the other layers. Pull outs are cheaply made and don’t stay on the rack. Overall it is a subpar machine and we should have never have purchased.

Unplugging it was the only fix. 2 months and 4 repairs later I am still washing dishes by hand and feel completely ripped off. Frigidaire and Electrolux are unwillingly to do anything but send parts and repairmen. The last Frigidaire or Electrolux product I will ever buy.
