OK this dishwasher is on the loud side. I did get it to dry my dishes all the way. To do that you leave them in overnight. It does take three hours to go through the heavy cycle. But I’m upset because the delivery team did mess up the top of my dishwasher in the side of my dishwasher I will leave pictures for you all to see. It was a horrible experience from beginning to end.. $517 and this is what the delivery person did to the dishwasher. I’m disgusted.

Purchased this dishwasher November of 2021. Just bought a house with no appliances and needed something. It was delivered in December but not installed until February. Within the past 10 months, it's proven to be a tedious and exhausting experience. The film wouldn't come off well, so there's parts of it still left on the front. It does not dry the dishes well AT ALL. There is no difference if heated dry is on or not. The seals have all come loose and cannot be fitted back in, that's how loose they are. The pump is loud and barely works- I have to run a load of dishes twice sometimes because of how much standing water is left at the bottom. I watch the pump send water out but then stop, and the water just drains back in. I've checked everything else it could be (the disposal, the main line, a clog) and there's truly nothing else going on. This dishwasher is just a nightmare. Despite only using it ten months, since I purchased it a year ago, it's out of warranty. Shame on me for not calling earlier, but shame on what I thought was a reliable brand for making such a shoddy product. Being first time homeowners I do not have the funds to purchase a new dishwasher, but dream of the day I can. Please heed my warning and save yourself the money and headache.

So far so good. Quick delivery to curbside pick up. Heated dry option is awesome. Installed myself, easy easy if you are a diy'er.

This dryer does not dry the dishes and has not from day one! I cant set it and leave for the week cause the dishes will have mold on them! Of course o am over the 60 days as it took a while for us to install in a new build. A service call is going to cost me $99 so seams stupid to even spend the money on a service call when i can get a new one for $300. I definitely wont buy this brand again.

Great dishwasher, used for 2 years so far with no issues and nothing has broken. Everything still works like new. Would recommend.

Basic budget friendly dishwasher. Cleans as well as the one it replaced that cost 3x as much.

Basic dishwasher, so far so good in rental. A little loud but gets the job done.

Since i got it had an issue with the handle and finally it’s broken bad quality material works fine but its bad quality

Silverware holder could have been longer.. Very short. Dark inside. Would make lighter interior. Could have had protection cover on one side top shelf to prevent objects flying out

It wasn’t what I expected as it’s much smaller in capacity as well as the installation was not done that well The door doesn’t stay open to load and flips back to close

Not the best quality. It does seem to get the dishes clean but it doesn’t dry them. The posts in the racks are just straight so plates tend to lean and fall over, and the top rack is made with weird angles so cups also lean too much. Plus there isn’t much clearance from the top rack to the top of the dishwasher itself, so some taller cups won’t fit. Honestly, I wish I’d spent a little more money to get a better quality appliance.

It’s funny, but when we went looking for a new dishwasher, we went against the grain in that we wanted the one with the simplest of controls, and we wanted them to be front-mounted. All we need is a start button and that’s it. We’ve had three top-control dishwashers in our time, and we just didn’t like that style of controls because we were always bumping them when we would go to open the door, accidentally starting the dishwasher or pushing some button inadvertently that you’re suddenly scrambling to turn off. I know that top-mounted controls make for a cleaner look, but front-mount isn’t exactly ugly, and, in our opinion, so much more convenient. The dishwasher is a bit on the noisy side, but we knew we would get something like that since the only front-control dishwashers these days seem to be the less-expensive ones, but the noise is not that bad. The trade-off is that this dishwasher does a great job of cleaning pretty much any dirty-dish situation we might throw at it, which is really what it’s all about, and this pleases my wife to no end. So, after having this dishwasher for about six months now, we’re very pleased.

I am very satisfied with my new dish washer. I would purchase from best buy again.

Great for price. Washes well and quick. Doesn’t do great with removing food but does great with pre rinsed dishes.

It does it’s job, dishes come out clean. We scrub everything before we put it in there, so not sure how it does with caked on food. It’s a little noisy compared to our last few dishwashers and there aren’t many options to place a lot of dishes in the bottom. Also, the door doesn’t stay down all the way the spring tries to push it up when there’s no dishes in there which is kind of annoying.

I purchased this item at a very good timing. Very good quality at this price but a little noisy.
