I have only had that when a refrigerator is going bad. Not Brand New. Other than the noise everything is fine

Best Buy is incapable of coordinating with their 3rd party delivery crews. If you do get a delivery you better be sure they haul away the old appliance too. They try and say its haul away OR relocating to another place in your home. Good luck!

New Refrigerator is disappointing

I had to bump up the level to the coldest just to get it 48 degrees on the refrigerator side. It made a low humming noise the first day and hasn’t stopped since. It barely makes ice and when you try to dispense it you only get 3 cubes and that is all. The crushed cube setting has never worked at all. It’s a shame because I had the older version of this fridge since 2007 and it never broke down till it eventually died this month. That ice maker never quit and gave all the ice you’d ever want till the end. I should have just spent the money to fix it and saved probably. These refrigerators now will probably not last 17 years anymore.

Good Price but no Frills

The digital controls in the side of the door freeze the fruits.

The last one i had was over 20 yrs old and served our family well. This fridge is a descendant of that reliability and a much more improved version. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
