Great refrigerator. Had to wait a month because they were out of stock and needed to wait for this "basic" refrigerator. I did not need a wi-fi enabled product. Too much to go wrong.

This is a replacement for the same make and model refrigerator, and I'm tickled with the unit. It has modernized controls and features, and the sleek stainless steel an enhancement to me kitchen. So I'm looking forward to enjoying it for a long time into the future.

I love Frigidaire. I hade a Frigidaire for 22yrs. I replaced it with a Kenmore which last me less than 5yrs. I brought another Frigidaire and I'm so very happy.

I ordered wrong item. I thought I ordered the gallery series. This item is very cheap. Looking fingerprints everywhere that do not come off. Spend a little more money and get the gallery series.

The delivery drivers cancelled the first scheduled delivery at the arrival time, then customer service said the soonest they could deliver was another week later (two weeks at this point). You couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the actual store it came from, even the store number directs to the main call center. When it finally arrived it wouldn’t cool, and the warranty apparently doesn’t cover that for open box. I decided at this point I would just rather return it and go somewhere else, but the soonest they said they could pick up the return was another week out. So now I’ll just have a nonworking fridge in the way for another week. Needless to say, I doubt I’ll go back to Best Buy for any appliance purchases. The floor associates/manager were helpful and nice, but everything else was an absolute nightmare to deal with.

So, im picky when it comes to fridges. I normally like the inside water and ice. We saw the promotions and we took a change and we have no complains. The only was that it took 6 hrs to make it first set of ice. So, dont freak out like we did.

Within a year, ice and light circuit board malfunction. Ice maker stopped functioning. Light flickers on/off by itself. Bestbuy has been no help to fix issues. DO NOT BUY!
