I looked through the scratch and dent section and found this beauty. They even discounted a little more for dents that were not on the paper. The fridge had never been used still had plastic on it and in the inside. We are oh so pleased with our purchase. We❤ Best Buy.

Great first fridge. Price was great and delivery was on point.

Before purchasing, I was unable to view this product in the store. The delivery of This refrigerator was horrifying. It did not come when it was supposed to and it was rescheduled and no one even notified me. So I lost wages twice waiting for this refrigerator to be delivered. Once it was actually in and put together Only after the delivery man left that i realized that the doors were severely uneven. At this point I'll just deal with it and not have to deal with Best Buy or Pacific Sales or whoever the freaking thing came from.

This was a replacement for an Energy Efficient refrigerator. I liked it so much i ended up purchasing 4 for my office

Icemaker makes knocking noise when dispensing ice. Not sure who i should call to get it repaired. I purchased the 5 year warranty.

I purchased my fridge during the Memorial Day sale. They held it until my planned move for mid-October. Not only are the shelves deep but the water and ice dispensers are super quiet. I plan to keep it forever.

Went into the store looking for something else and saw this fridge was on sale. Couldn't beat the price for the size and features. You can hear the compressor run on this one at times (our old fridge was silent) but it's not any louder than others I have heard. Just different than the old one. After a couple of weeks we don't notice it anymore. Delivery crew was great. Would definitely buy again.

Over all this fridge works very well. It seems to keep an even and consistent temperature, it has copious space (especially for a side by side) and it looks good. We like the filtered water, and replacement filters are available very cheaply on amazon (about $16 cartridge vs $50 for official). One very nice surprise is that it has a full size ice tray, which holds quite a lot of ice. This means unlike many other fridges (including my parents more expensive unit) you can still pull the ice tray out and dump it into your cooler for a day at the park. Also the fridge lighting is excellent. Particularly if you're coming off of having only used older fridges (like me) you'll greatly appreciate the brightly like refrigerator and freezer compartments. It's not LED by default (you can buy LED appliance lights) and there's no fancy fade in when the door opens. We did have one issue that seems to have been installation related, and a couple quality issues with the fridge, but nothing that required actual repair. The installation issue was that the Best Buy techs apparently didn't tighten down the door handle hangers very well at all, and the door handles immediately came loose. Removing the handles requires a *very firm* push up on the handles (but they do come off). I was able then to tighten down the hangers properly, no issues since. The quality issues are simply that the unit can get noisy. For a while there I thought it might need service. Near as I can figure it might be coming from that ice maker I gave it a great score for. The most concerning issue was a constant loud buzzing as if a fan was going out, but as quickly as it came it stopped. I think it was rattling from the ice maker and it settled out. Secondly the normal operation of the ice maker is just noisy. You'll hear some knocks, you'll hear the water filler. Not often, but it happens. Over all for the price we paid we're very well satisfied.

My experience was very positive. I appreciate being able to read many reviews and knowing what the trade-offs were before buying. As other reviewers have said, this refrigerator is noisier than top-of-the-line units, but our gathering places are not near the kitchen, so we are not affected as much as some. The delivery and removal of our old frig was quick, and nothing was damaged. The refrigerator is spacious and well laid out. The freezer is not cavernous but all of the space is usable. The ice maker has a very large receptacle and the external water and ice dispensers work a lot better than those on our previous, very expensive LG unit. For the great, low price it is a superb value.

we bought this refrigerator to serve as a backup to our primary one. We wanted a side by side to keep things cool in the garage. It has done its job so far. I read other reviews before purchasing and I remember many people commented on the noise it makes. Since its in our garage that didn't matter to us. With that said it is a bit louder than I would have expected. That is the only negative I could find. The price was right. It looks nice-like a high end refrigerator. It is easy to maneuver. We buy all our appliances from best buy because we have always had positive experiences. We are very happy w our purchase

I've had the fridge now about 45 days and can say that I've been able to fully assess the pros and cons of ownership. Pros: -Very Spacious and Well Lit -Makes Lots of Ice -Best Value for the Price Cons: -Very loud -Ice spills over to the back of the bucket and falls to the bottom of freezer -Ice maker's water line froze and it stopped making ice 14 days after purchase The first two weeks, the ice maker wasn't make full sized ice cubes. On the 14th day, it stopped make ice cubes completely. I should have called Best Buy on that 14th day when the ice maker stopped on us, because when i called on the 15th day, Best Buy told me I couldn't return the item because it's a 14 day return policy. Luckily, I was able to find that the line in the back of the freezer that fed water into the ice maker froze. I had to take everything out of the fridge and freezer and turn off the unit for two days so everything could melt. I turned the fridge back on, and now the fridge has been working just fine. However, to have this problem so early on was alarming.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this item. I agree - it is a loud fridge, but I'm not having an issue with the noise. The other reviews said things about leaks - and thankfully - I've have no problems there. It isn't as nice as my previous Samsung fridge - it does seem lighter and less durable - but so far so good. Seems to be worth the price.

I am familiar with the style because it is very similar to the one I had previously. It offers ample space for me and keeps items very cold in both the freezer and the refrigerator. I like the extra room for items on the door shelves. The unit makes some unusual sounds especially at first, but after the first week most of the sounds have subsided. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase.

Delivery of our fridge went very smoothly. So far fridge has been working fine - we haven't hooked up the water yet so the ice machine tried to make ice for the first day or so (and made horrible noises when it couldn't). You'll just need to turn that off if you haven't hooked up the water yet.

Terrific value. Lots of room. If you want a refrigerator as a status symbol it's probably not for you. Otherwise it's awesome for the price. Highly recommend.

Appears cheap but Works well. Very spacious. A bit noisier than my primary refrigerator. But perfectly fine in a garage. So far no issue. Very Happy with it.

Nice and simple design and that is what I was looking for. The 25.6 cubic feet is ample space for my family of four. The fridge door can hold up to 6 gallon sized milk or juice. Setting the temp is easy, not fancy, up and down button with digital display. I have the temp set to midpoint (5) for both fridge and freezer and it's cold and freezing. It doesn't have LED lighting but it has ample lighting. The ice maker makes cube or crushed ice. Water dispenser is a bit slow but delivers cool refreshing water, not ice cold so you can still use it for water tea or coffee. It also has light but I would exchange that for a child lock instead. CONS: 1. Cleaning finger prints is a chore with this unit. 2. It doesn't have storage for deli meats or cheese or what have you. 3. It is a bit noisy but I think it's normal and not a deal breaker, doesn't bother me.

Works ok but doesn't no if it wants to give you qube or cursted ice . And it is a little on the noise side. But I for the price I feel I got my money worth and very happy

Great value with plenty of features of the more expensive models. It is however a little loud compared to other brands. It looks good and functions as advertised.

This is a great fridge so far. We have been using it a month plus and it cools fantastic. I like the see thru veg drawer. It is a nice finish inside and out. Although noisy at times with the different motors it has (explained in detail in the owners manual) but easy to get used to. Ice and water dispenser works great except for the buttons to change the functions are hard to find and change. Over all this fridge is great for both small and large families. I would buy again if needed
