It is okay. However, for various reasons, the freezer gets opened a lot. The handle comes loose, more than it should I think. We have to tighten the handles weekly. I have even had them fall off completely. It is annoying. I like the ice maker being inside the freezer, but if the tray gets too full, ice will fall behind the pullout, and go onto the floor.

Overall very happy with this refrigerator. It has plenty of room, is well lit and easy to organize. Got it on sale for $1,350. It took a while to get the ice maker up to speed. There was air in the water line going from the filter to the ice maker. Needed a service tech to clear the problem. Works great now.

This is exactly what I was looking for! It's extremely roomy! Love it! Lots of door space. A special bottom drawer that is the whole length of the fridge, perfect for cakes or lasagna trays. Great for parties!

We have only had it for a couple of weeks but so far so good. We had the same cubic ft side by side and this one seems huge. It almost has too many shelves and all the shelves are pull outs. I love it. My only complaint would be the doors close hard, meaning they bang when they close, it is not a soft quite close. The freezer is a good size, I don't store a lot so it works well for us. It does show finger print like any stainless product but I just use simple Windex and it cleans up like a charm.

I liked the price and the fact that it's new. It is noisy though

So far so good. This has lots of space, extra door storage, drawers for produce. The guys in the store and delivery guys were friendly, helpful.

My wife is very happy with her new fridge and just as happy to get rid of the old one. So far it is working out great - nice storage, look everything.

This huge, value-priced refrigerator has just the features we wanted and none we didn't. Stainless French doors with no cut-outs. Ice maker. We had to search some to find a model that had no water dispenser; we have filtered water from another source. This has only an ice maker that makes large cubes. Occasionally, sliding the ice cube tray out will drop a few cubes on the floor. That seems to be a feature. The former refrigerator did this too. This has lots of space, extra door storage, drawers for produce. The guys in the store were friendly, helpful and priced-matched their own sale before delivery without asking. Buy one!

I love this fridge!! I didn't get the ice maker/water on the outside feature because I was told it takes up a lot of interior space and I am so glad that I didn't. I especially love the cold cut/flat drawer and the door shelf that holds a gallon of orange juice. I also like the sliding shelves which allows you to see what's in the back of the shelf. Make sure that the freezer drawer is installed correctly and makes a tight seal. The installers forgot to place a screw at the bottom so it was off kilter and wasn't making a seal so wasn't freezing. Fortunately, it was a quick fix once I figured out what the issue was.

Very convenient and holds plenty. Nothing gets lost in the freezer.

Bought the fridge in January and have had no issues with it besides a dent on the left door which best buy replaced (albeit 2 months later).

I purchased my products at Best Buy Fort Worth Texas and I love them very much.

I ended up returning because the freezer space just wasn't functional for us. I loved the look of the fridge and it was very quiet, but the layout of the freezer was awkward with the pull out wire bin and the ice bin taking up 1/4 of the already small freezer space. Nice fridge if freezer space isn't a huge deal.

Good product so far and i like the french door style

Our last fridge stopped working, found this great one after looking all day. Finally decided on this one because I liked the Gallery line, only to find out that it isn't a Gallery model. Bestbuy gives conflicting information.

Bought this for my elderly mother in law after her fridge went our right after ours did. She likes that it has a plastic tray at the bottom of the bottom freezer drawer to keep things from falling through. Runs quiet and easy to acess for her. Drawers pull out smoothly and easily.

I bought this thinking it was a great product and the ice maker never made ice. I called Best Buy and they ordered a second one and delivered 3 weeks later and installed. Now it makes ice, but the fridge never gets cooler than 68 degrees. Done with Frigidaire. Also, The delivery crew Best Buy hired damaged my door on both deliveries. I can't blame Best Buy for Frigidaire products, but they need to hire better delivery crews. Just waiting to see what the inspector will do for me for repairs. If I could give a lower score for the Fridge, I would. my advice, run away from this product as fast as you can. TERRIBLE
