I have this one for more then 5 years and still working fine

This AC does the job well in cooling a small room. No complaints! However when getting it delivered I live in a multi story complex and they dropped it off at the bottom floor (no elevator) and emailed me saying it was delivered at the front door when it wasn’t. Just some feedback about that.

Product works great, even in an situation like mine which is not ideal for it. In 30x15 room with high vaulted ceilings a single unit manages to keep it comfortable.

Used it to cool down the patio room near the end o the hot summer, and works great. I’m happy with this unit.

Bought when ac quit working and worked great then used it when we went camping kept tent fairly cool

It's ok, it doesn't do as good of a job as a window ac unit. I had to get it because of the irregular size of the window. It cost more than an AC unit and doesn't work as well.

My ac went out in this 100 degree weather, it manage to cool my living room til it got fixed. Afterwards i moved it to my bedroom and use it at night giving my main ac unit a break, hopefully see a decrease in light bill, love it

Got this for my wife's she-shed and it has done wonders. I'll often step inside because of how cool it is in there. Room is 9'x9' and set up was a breeze. Pun intended. She loves the oscillating feature to push cold air up and down.

Works wonderfully. I live in Phoenix we were suffering until we bought this it’s been a lifesaver!

Been using this for the last weeks and this week we are having 90 plus temperatures and this air conditioner is keeping my living room extra cool .

So far has done everything that I needed it to above and beyond what I expected. Great piece of machinery!

Excellent service. Cools air and maintains cool temp in our living room as additional unit for our house A/C. Would have liked the flexible exhaust tubing to be longer than what is provided.

Works great, a little noisy as it cycles on and off, but keeps my upstairs 12 x 15 bedroom nice and chilly! I would definitely recommend.

Great a/c. I shopped around and found this was the best for my needs. I'm rit really excited on how the Harrisburg store has changed. I like to poke around and look. It's sterile and uninviting. The staff is excellent though.

Louder than I expected, but it does cool to 78/76 moderately well. Most efficient when starting it well before the highest temps of the day. For some reason the "dry" setting seems to cool more than "cool" on high. It's my first experience with free-standing AC. It's definitely not central AC or a split, but under the same circumstances, I could buy it again.

I bought this based on the specs listed here on Best Buy's website. It lists it as recommended for rooms of "450 sq. ft." but after I purchased it and got it home and installed, my wife noticed the box stated "250 sq. ft." I contacted Best Buy and suggested they update the website as I feel like I was defrauded. Change it so others are not deceived. A/C works fine but in the room we have it in, it's not sufficient. I have thought about returning it but I'm not interested in replacing it as I was basing my purchase on what I could afford.

Gets the job done for small room with the door closed. Not living room while cooking. It struggles on hot summer days over 90 degrees. But I’m grateful.
